I’m not one to typically show up to a restaurant right before close but tonight I showed up at 2:50 a.m., 10 minutes before this establishment closes. I pulled into the drive through, said hello, and waited for about 4 minutes and had no response. I decided to pull out of the drive through to go inside. As I did this a car full of people, some of which I assume were employees, were giggling at me as they drove off (knowing I wasn’t going to get any food). Through the doors I could see one man by the drive-through register. He shook his head and waved for me to go away. Keep in mind this was all before the restaurants closure time. If I had just received an answer over the intercom from an employee stating the reason they could not have served me I would have understood and been on my way(but really why is the restaurant open till 3 a.m. if they can’t serve till 3 a.m.?Just close at 2:50.). Instead I was ignored and shooed away. I waisted my time at this establishment and will not be returning. I suggest going to the McDonald’s down the street if you want food...
Read moreMe and my friend had pulled up to the Taco Bell drive-through. We simply tired to order two separate meals the one “manager” as he claimed was very rude for no reason even when we tried to comprise becauee they short staff and we completely understood. But the “manger” was disrespectfully rude he denied us service because we asked if we could make a simple two person order as we were the only people in line and he was extremely rude telling us he was going to refuse us service when there was no hostile confrontation we simply asked a question and was hostile after a singular question we heard his female fellow coworkers (as there was only “3”) in the background also saying “stop why are you refusing them” “they didn’t do anything wrong” it was honestly the most childish and unprofessional experience that I’ve ever had. I thought Taco Bell. I’ve been going since I was a young kid and this was complete and Utter disrespect...
Read moreVegetarians/Vegans should stay away from this location. This location has messed up my orders constantly, last year multiple times when I went and ordered NO MEAT i was given meat, so i’ve avoided this location since then. today I gave it another chance and it was unfortunately the SAME THING. Everything we ordered was ordered as no meat with black beans, so how do they still manage to give me a burrito with meat! I haven't eaten meat in years, and the times i have been given meat by accident has ALL been here. To bite into the food and be met with the same issue i’ve experienced before, it sucks! Its a terrible feeling as someone who hasn’t eaten meat in so long. Please be more careful when making vegetarian orders!!
Being vegetarian friendly is a big thing Taco Bell is known for, for this location to mess that up so...
