Horrible customer service, trashy and ghetto! This has to be the worst Mcdonald’s i have ever ordered from. As someone who has worked in the food industry in the past, I was taken by surprise by how nasty and rude the employees at this location are ESPECIALLY the manager. If they mess up your order you might as well just forget about it and continue on with your day because if you go inside and ask for it to be fixed (doesn’t matter how nice and respectful you are) the employees will ignore you and the manager will tell you that the way your order was made was correct even if you have a receipt that states otherwise.
Ordered a big mac without onions, lettuce or pickles they gave me a plain big mac with just the bread, patties and mac sauce. Went inside to request for the cheese to be added to the burger, manager met me with instant attitude and told me that’s not what i ordered and proceeded to ask her cook to make me a completely different burger.. didn’t even give me time to explain anything to her. Let me not forget to add that her employee loudly stated that “he swears customers be lying just to get free food” while i was still standing there so i decided to removed myself from the situation and left without any food. Food:
The presentation of the food was initially of very low quality, a score of 1/5 with ingredients off the patty by upwards of 5cm from centre. The location accommodated a redo which had a presentation score of 4/5. The food tasted well, and all items were properly cooked/ grilled/ fried with adequate freshness.
4/5 stars for food.
Service:
I ordered dine-in, and was prompted by the self-service screen to grab a table marker and be seated for the food to be brought to me. When the order was complete, my number was called, and I was prompted to pick up my dine-in order at the front, which was bagged as a take-out order. The staff were -again- accommodating of my request for a redo after the initial burger had poor presentation, which provides an extra star on the low rating.
2/5 stars for service.
Atmosphere:
Many of the tables were covered in food debris, and this was during low business hours. Finding a clean table was still trivial, and the floors were clean. The ambient music was at a satisfactory level, and the lights were all functional.
4/5 stars for atmosphere.
Overall, the initial poor impression has led to a low score for this location. I hope to see an improvement during future visits. The overall score as of now...

As I approached An employee about my uber order (side job) , the two people one female and one male are making the orders. I told the male the name for my pickup. He finishes making my order then throws it on the table doesn’t say a word that that’s my order . He turned around with an attitude seen that I was still standing there and told me that was my order. I said to him but is the drink in the bag. He said “there ain’t no drink in that order” I said “it says diet Dr Pepper” he double checked realized he was in the wrong snatched the bag back from the counter ripped it open . Then completed the order. So now the female employee threw the order on the table without saying anything. I said “so is this mine now ?” She said “yeah it’s yours” walks away rolling her eyes. I’ve had a good day until I’ve arrived upon this McDonalds to have the worst interaction between not only one but two employees. Not a hi how are you not anything customer service tier.
