My boyfriend has never been here before, so I took him for his birthday. The wait staff is incredibly considerate and hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable, and intuitive when someone is ready to order. I enjoyed the fact that we weren't bothered constantly. Tony was our waiter, and his light presence made for the perfect intimate dinner. A small tableware issue, but Tony was on the case and informed the manager of the minor issue. It was gracefully and thoughtfully addressed, a perfect guest recovery and class-A service by the team at this location. Aside from the perfect service, the food was to die for. The lobster Mac & cheese was everything one could hope for, a perfect balance of creamy and savory -not overly pungent- and the perfect ratio of Lobster to Mac 2:2. GENEROUS. Mashed potatoes here are what I imagine clouds in the sky taste like, perfectly whipped, creamy, and full-bodied, gravy would be an insult as it needs nothing more. We also shared the Veal Oso-Boco Ravioli, not my favorite, but for my first veal I give it 4/5 stars, it was still a quality ingredient ravioli. Beware of the 500° plates if you like rare or medium rare for your filet, which I must add, was the perfect texture. Tony suggested the parmesan crust. Guys. Listen to Tony, I should've just let him pick out everything for us, he knows what he's talking about, and he's absolutely fabulous. Tony was attentive to my steak having migrated to my appetizer plate and was prompt to bring me a room temp plate to save my steak from cooking any further on the plate. Thank you, sir, good show! It was also recommended an apple pie-like dessert a la mode for my birthday boy, and brought it out with a candle and a beautifully written chocolate happy birthday! The presentation was Classy approved. Literal chefs kiss. Needless to say we drove all the way from Davenport and bypassed another location specifically for THIS Ruth's Chris, and the team did not disappoint in the least. I will be visiting again, and is now my top recommendation for a steak house. Long Horn doesn't even come close. Thank you so much for the food and the hospitality. If you don't here at least once in your life, you'll never know what good food actually is.

I haven’t been herein years I always go to the one in sand lake never had any issue there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. the bartender i initially spoke to was rude. when I ordered the manhattan and tasted it I asked about the bitters and why it tasted weird. then i asked her if they changed how they make it she said no. later on I found out from someone else that they don’t use bitters any more they put vodka! IN a manhattan be forreal! it doesn’t say that anywhere on the menus I’ve never in my life heard of that. i got shrimp it wasn’t clean, ordered the steak sandwich twice at medium each time it was wrong once was medium well the other well done. then the one nice bartender they have suggested to me the burger I asked for it medium. it came well done! overall I should have just went to flemmings or the sand lake location. Atp i don’t know how they are even open with how bad everything is. the manger came over after my THIRD order which at sand lake they would come after the first one. he said he would “ take care of my food” but i had a gift card for 25.00to cover my horrible drink. and the dirty shrimp so honestly it was a waste. my bill was 26.70 he didn’t even come say anything after he didn’t charge me for the extra little change. Overall this entire experience ruined my day and i’m upset i paid a baby sitter to be underwhelmed at what should be fine dining. skip this place you’ll be disappointed. well maybe only if you’re black. Everyone who ordered when I did didn’t get horrifically made food. i’d rather have subway then eat this swill . SKIP it the place next door seemed interesting try that instead. ( if you look at the reviews from people of color you’ll know what i mean)

We had an incredible dinner tonight at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and it deserves every bit of five stars. The setting was warm and inviting while still feeling upscale. Low lighting and a refined but comfortable vibe made it ideal for slowing down and really enjoying the evening. We began with the crab cakes — and I’ll be honest, they may be the best I’ve ever had. I’m from the East Coast, and I go out of my way to order crab cakes everywhere I travel. Some restaurants I visit just for their crab cakes. Ruth’s Chris set a new standard. Perfectly seared, generous portions of real crab, minimal filler, and bursting with flavor. Outstanding. For the entrée, we had the outlaw ribeye cooked to a perfect blue rare. That’s not an easy cook to nail, but Ruth’s Chris delivered. The steak came out sizzling, beautifully seared on the outside and exactly as ordered inside. Every bite was tender, juicy, and rich with flavor — a showcase of why they’re famous for steak. The au gratin potatoes were creamy, decadent, and the ideal complement to the ribeye. Comfort food elevated to a fine dining level. Our server was attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and clearly proud of the food they were serving. Everything was timed perfectly, and we never had to ask for anything twice. Between the crab cakes, the flawlessly cooked ribeye, and the incredible service, this was a standout dinner. Ruth’s Chris isn’t just about eating — it’s about experiencing steak at its best. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate or just want a night where everything feels dialed in, this is it.

This experience was a complete nightmare, I took my 72 year old Mother to this Winter Park location for her Birthday several days ago, and got totally ripped off and taken advantage of by our horrible server. To begin with, we could not even ask questions in regards to the menu, without this server being condescending and speaking with an attitude when answering our questions and my concerns, as if she was getting annoyed. So my thing is, Why work in "hospitality" if that is the case? Any who, As time went on, our presence must have just agitated her more and more, cause by the time we got to dessert, she hands a dessert menu over to my daughter, and handed me the bill, while we're still siting there wondering about the complementary dessert for MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY. Which is the main reason I booked the dinner at Ruth's Chris in the first place, their complimentary desserts are said to be "wonderful". This server was well aware that it was my mothers birthday, seeing that there were "Happy Birthday" sparkles all over our table. In addition, she asked "whose birthday are we celebrating", as we sat down when we first arrived at this establishment. So moving on, after our meal, when the bill arrived, I paid the bill for my family of course, and my mother offered to leave a tip on her card (19%). The following day, we found out that this server took advantage even more, and charged both my card and my mother's card for the full amount of $238.56 while putting the full amount towards the bill and the full amount as her tip on a separate bill. So, this was the second charge, that was unauthorized for the same amount of the initial bill I paid for. Of course, she never even printed out that receipt, but instead, my mother found this out the next day and her bank has the proof and has been working with her for the last several days, to cancel this UNAUTHORIZED charge since everyone we contacted at Ruth's Chris, doesn't seem to want to acknowledge or understand what took place, and has also done NOTHING to resolve it. It is just plain tricky and sneaky and disgusting for the server to treat people so badly when we are respectful, customers coming in to experience and support this business, the staff and the whole establishment in all. Just a complete disaster. However, on a decent note, one of the managers on the premises at the time who I reached out to in regards to the "dessert issue", was kind enough to apologize for this waitresses poor serving skills, and he couldn't seem to figure out how she forgot the complimentary birthday dessert since he stated that she has worked there for years. The manager then offered for us to return since we were right around the corner leaving the property when I called, he offered us a dinner table outside along with bringing out a well lit slice of cake/dessert for my mother to enjoy with her daughter and grand daughter. Thank you Marc! Why didn't our server work towards making this a great and better experience from the gate since this is a complimentary routine thing for Ruth's Chris? We will never know, but my guess is she didn't forget, she simply just didn't like the people at the table she was serving, and treated us badly, which only reflects poorly on her and the restaurant. This was supposed to be a lovely celebration of life for my mother being on this earth for 72 years. Now I am left with nothing nice to say about this day or this place, while my mother has the same opinion still stressing for this nightmare to finally be over and for Ruth's Chris or the sever to refund her what they never should have taken from her in the...

I had the pleasure of celebrating our anniversary with a remarkable dining experience at Winter Park Ruth's Chris Steak House on July 16, 2023. I can confidently say that our evening deserves a resounding 5 out of 5 rating. From start to finish, every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations. Thanks for creating another fond memory.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and addressed by name, as the staff was anticipating our arrival. Our table was thoughtfully arranged with rose petals, adding a touch of romance to the already relaxed and comfortable setting. The attention to detail in creating the mood was truly commendable.

The food...yum...the heart and soul of any dining experience. Ruth's Chris never fails to impress, and this visit was no exception. We started with the friend calamari and spicy shrimp appetizers, which were both delicious and flavorful. As a regular patron, I usually opt for the Ribeye as my go-to entree, and it has always been scrumptious. However, this time, based on a recommendation, I ventured to try the Stuffed Chicken Breast, and I must say, it was a delightful choice. My significant other selected the chicken as well. The chicken was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavors that left me craving more. Each bite was a testament to the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff.

To complement our meal, we indulged in a selection of beverages. I savored two glasses of Sean Sun Pinot Noir, while my significant other explored the EOS Moscato and the handcrafted cocktail, Port of Manhattan. The drink offerings were extensive and expertly crafted, enhancing the overall dining experience.

While the food was undeniably delectable, it was the service that truly elevated our evening. Outstanding service is essential to me, and the staff at Winter Park Ruth's Chris exceeded my expectations. Our server, Lori, was an absolute joy throughout the entire dining experience. Her attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine engagement made us feel truly valued as guests. A special thank you goes to Chef Jonathan Walko for orchestrating such an exceptional meal and providing remarkable recommendations. Your expertise and passion for culinary excellence shone through in every dish.

Our anniversary dinner at Winter Park Ruth's Chris Steak House was an absolute success. From the warm reception to the comfortable ambiance, from the tantalizing flavors to the impeccable service, every element came together flawlessly. We left with hearts full of gratitude and smiles on our faces, eagerly looking forward to our next visit. On our next occasion, we can't wait to try the...
