We first tried the garlic fusion sauce in myrtle Beach and it was fantastic. To end our trip in Wisconsin dells, we were going to stop into this location and try some more flavors and stock up on the garlic fusion. They open at 10am. So we arrived at 10am. Sat outside the store for 20 minutes with the employee not opening the door and ignoring us as we waited in front of the door. Enough was enough. We ordered what we wanted from the online store and walked away. I really hope they work on commission, because we bought a case of sauce from the online store and not from the dells store. I do not recommend this particular location. They obviously don't care about...

If you visit this store when Debbie is on the clock, you are in for a treat. She is so knowledgeable about different rubs/seasonings/sauces that we spent so much time asking questions to get her insight. She is very down to earth and was so sweet and patient with us. I cannot tell you how many things we sampled, but we did walk out with quite few things thanks to her help. She also had my husband try a few spicy options and give good opinions for him (I am not a spicy person).

I came in on Friday(2/28/25) and I can’t remember the man’s name who helped my girlfriend and I, I think he said he manages the place, but he was very helpful showing us around and finding good products. We purchased a few but we were really excited to make smoked ribs using an apple cinnamon barbecue sauce and a maple chipotle rub. Well I made it tonight and let me tell you, it was fantastic and full of flavor. The apple and maple hints really matched with the Smokey flavor, making a wonderful rack of ribs.
