I get great service at this location during the morning weekday shift, and also the midnight shift as well. So I am rating this based upon my experience that occurred today 3/17/19. When I pulled up to the first drive-through window, I noticed that no one was there. So I waited there for a minute or so, before I decided to go ahead and pull up to the second window. At the second window I saw that there was a cluster of workers that I think comprised of regular employees and a couple of managers. When one of them opened up the window, they seemed irritated that I didn't wait at the second window. So he finally took my cash through the second window, while I was waiting for my change and food to come up yeah, I noticed that they all looked and sounded like they were from Eastern Europe. I sat there and watched the female manager make what looked like my hot chocolate, and sneeze without covering her mouth. The guy that was waiting on me at the second window then turned around and walked up to her blocking my view until she was done making the drink. Both individuals were laughing, then handed me my drink. After I received the rest of my food, I drove back around to the side and parked. I went back in and told them that the hot chocolate tasted funny and if I could get...
Read moreI wouldn't recommend this store, my friend and I arrived here at 10:13Pm Sunday night last weekend and their lobby doesn't close till 11Pm. (Even says this on their doors.) We went to open the door and it was locked, the manager noticed us and pointed to the other side, so we walked to the other side of the building and tried the other door. It was locked too, and the manager & other employees were behind the front counter (not counting the couple in the kitchen actually working) laughing and chatting. So we went to the front side again and started looking online for somewhere else to eat with a lobby still open. By 10:25Pm, they had 30+ customers arrive and leave due to looking the doors early. I've worked fast food in the past and I know that corporate tends to get pissed off when you do something as simple as picking up chairs or locking a play area prematurely, so not only is this bad for the company, but also for all the people trying to stop and eat without getting the food (and possible mess) in their cars. Kinda long winded, and it's not really a big deal (to me..) but it's rather unprofessional to lock up or withhold a service within open hours and then completely ignore your customers because you don't feel like working the job...
Read morePlaced our order at the window and it was correct, got to the second window, only half our order was correct, they kept handing us drinks we never ordered and he was frustrated because we kept telling him that’s not what we ordered so then he asked us what we ordered. We got almost to the end and yet again was trying to hand us the wrong drink, we said no we ordered this so the manager stepped in seeming irritated and told us to pull ahead and wait for our drink. I knew better then that we would be forgotten and it’s a good thing I went in. I stood back while there was a few of us watching the most unprofessionalism happening before us. Same manager was complaining that she had to work all day, another worker just walking around socializing, another standing at the counter and then someone from the back trying to talk to the manager about leaving early and then another one trying to fix the strawberry shake machine. I finally walked up to the guy at the front counter and stated that we were told to a drink would he brought out to us and never was and he said “just grab a cup and get it yourself” … not rude, he was kind. I was just surprised.
The lack of customer service was appalling to...
