First time. I went to this restaurant, the staff is totally unprofessional, no greeting their uniforms sloppy I ask them 2 persons he show me a small table which is very uncomfortable if I kept my purse I don't know where to. Keep plate I ask him to switch to other bigger table he refuse to give I was really feeling bad then I went outside and sit there waiting for my friend she is moving to put of state , after sheenter she told me. Better we sit inside and they gave us same tiny table outside the staff is ignoring us we call them then they came as if they are giving us free food we order dahi vada they bring in paper bowl no spoons np fork and no knife,no napkins we ask them then they bring with rough fave after we are we order paratha number 34 and 92 same thing they r hopeless service unfriendly unprofessional very rude while bringing water bottle he drop the bottle on the floor we notice that he did not care we told him we don't want that bottle, then he bring an other one why people talk good about these parathas don't get it it is very salty my friend take 3 bites call the waiter told him this is full of salt can u bring other one he brings other paratha but that too is salty, even my paratha same full of salt and when we saw the bill they charge without asking for tip 2.50 water bottle very very very expensive for the salty paratha and we stand on line to pay the bill worst experience, everybody want money not scam people...

I feel like it’s hyped restaurant and doesn’t worth money. Ordered bunch of items and let me be honest it wasn’t satisfying at all.

Let’s start with vadapav, when you order it comes in pair. I have never tried this worst Vadapav ever. They put achar masala in vadapav which leaves bitter taste after each bite.

Ordered Bombay style Frankie and it was all sour and threw it away the whole. Upon asking sever he said this is how it tastes. ( after ordering multiple items he wasn’t ready to even listen to)

Pavbhaji was okaies and could taste boiled vegetables. Couldn’t feel any type of masala or spices.

Dabeli was better than other food options. It also comes in pairs and was bit sweet but overall good.

Ordered Dahi puri with aloo masala, it was good.

Raj kachori was good but they put moong in it that kills the taste. If you are not fan of lot of moong taste in your mouth don’t order it.

Tried build your own paratha with paneer, chilies and cheese. They give you options with amul and regular cheese make sure you get one with amul cheese. Comes with Dahi and aachar.

Service : The worst hospitality, makes you feel like you are there for free food. The server was very arrogant and couldn’t answer questions regarding to menu. Whatever he replied was very arrogant.

I wouldn’t recommend going here. There are better places in the area with better management and...

I’m writing this as a common review for both the Iselin and East Windsor Khasiyat locations, as everything is excellent and standard when it comes to the quality/taste of the food and the customer service.

Haven of Parathas - that’s how I’d like to call this place. They have numbered their variety of parathas from 1-100 that you can literally play a game of closing your eyes, pointing your finger randomly over a point on the menu card and order that number of paratha.

We usually order couple of parathas and a chaat item whenever we visit a Khasiyat. Hands down, they have the best parathas in town. How could someone consistently make the best parathas when they have a large array of choices to pick from?!

They are business smart and environment friendly when it comes to the plates and cups they use. They don’t give your dishes in porcelain or plastic but they use hard paper/wood material that’s easy for them to dispose. But the downside is the size of those plates or cups. You have a very small circumference to work through your hands on the dishes and it’s not an ideal experience when you eat. I’m not sure if this will reach the business for them to consider and improve but this is the reason I rate this place a...

Some friends and I ordered take-out and when we got home to eat, the food was SO oily, it made street food from India look healthy. Other (Indian) restaurants have food that’s is much more better and far less oily. We tried to eat a few bites of everything before we had to throw it out. It was too scary to look at, because of the oil that kept seeping out of the food. We tried to drain as much as possible and oil kept on coming. The overall taste was not good at all. I tasted straight oil/ghee and could feel like throwing up. If you don’t mind oily food and food that tastes like straight spice with little to no flavor, then this is the restaurant for you. I can handle spice to an extreme extent, but with flavorless food, there is not much I can like. As an Indian myself, I cannot recommend this place to others, whether it is for a quick bite or a sit-down dinner/lunch. Save your time and go to Taco Bell for a quick bite or Spice Bazaar in Westfield for quality food.
