Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

If I could vote 0 stars, I would. I walked into the store to pickup an order from Doordash, upon arriving at the counter, I waited for about 5 minutes until I went to a shoprite worker asking if someone is supposed to be working, they responded, “yes, yell for them, they always sit in the back out of view” .” I then went and did that, after the 4th or 5th Hello, a lady appeared screaming “I HEAR YOU, IM PRAYING.” I respect all cultures and religions and I personally have worked with Dunkin for a very long time with many people who pray during work. If you are the only worker you cannot stay in the back and ignore customers completely. She then took her time fulfilling the order and waited until 10 minutes later to let me know she cannot make the customers food because she’s out of that type of bagel. So i then reached out to the customer to tell them and they said they would rather 2 orders of hashbrowns. I told the worker and she responded that they are not the same price so she cannot. I told the customer and they said then just one is fine. I told the lady and she then went and took her time making the one order. She then came over and took the donut bag and put in another donut that they did not order. I said “at that point you could’ve just gave the hash brown order it’s the same price.” I was just overall taken aback by the disrespectfulness. At the end of the day, we are all getting paid to do our jobs. Its so unprofessional to treat a customer the way she did. It’s sad to see that these are the only people Dunkin hire to take care of their business. After reading some of the recent reviews, I see that i am not the only person who has mentioned this awful customer service. I am always shopping at Shoprite, but I will never give any money to the business after this experience. I may not make a difference but by the way the reviews are going, i’m sure you have lost more customers then just me....

Worst dunkin ever (i never order here but i recommend any other location lol). Lady was unprofessional and rude. Google says closes at 8 but it was 4:30 and had an attitude while making our drinks telling us “i’m closing right now”. I asked her to next time let me know instead of being mad at everyone, god forbid ppl start ordering things while all the lights are still on and you have things out still on display. She was slamming stuff while doing our order and someone lined up behind us and she never told them anything. I’ve been going to this shoprite since forever and have always seen them be open until late. Then asked how i wanted my drink made but it was a regular basic coffee coolatta. I’ve asked for this drink a million times before and never have had to specify what exactly to put or not to. She purposely (or probs doesn’t even know how to make drinks) didn’t...

the lady working here always has an absolutely terrible attitude. i asked for oat milk and she said “well i already made it with whole milk” like okay so remake it girl? it’s your job? i’m a barista myself and i always make it my top priority to make my customers happy and this lady was just so rude. when she took my order she didn’t even say “hi what can i get you” she was just like “yes”when i asked if i can tap my card she just said “go” and kind of rolled her eyes. she rlly needs to work on her customer service skills. even got my mom a potion macchiato and she made it wrong and mixed it up didn’t leave the cold foam on top. when my mom asked what flavor was in it she said “mushroom.. i mean marshmallow “ like what? honestly i can’t...
