Chose this location after the Hudson location began delivering subpar service. Should have checked the reviews on this location before ordering online. Here were my observations: My 12:20 Sept 6th pick up order was not completed until 1pm that day. When order was finally fulfilled, it was not accurate. One burrito was missing salsa, one burrito the bowl were missing fajita veggies, both burritos were wrapped like a toddler had the reins and food was popping out of all the packaging. All online orders should have been turned off and the in person ordering closed while the store caught up on back orders. All orders should be comped for this date during the lunch hour rush. While waiting for my order the following poor practices were noted: pick up orders for times later than mine were prepared and picked up while orders for times earlier than mine were still not completed by the time mine was ready. no option to cancel the order on the app so no choice but to sit there and wait or throw money away. inside in person orders that arrived after I had been in the pick up line for 20 plus minutes were fulfilled ahead of mine and many other online orders manager appeared to be maybe 18 with a short staff of a handful of 16-17 year olds. zero clean surfaces in the store, everywhere from the prep area to the soda and condiment station to the bathrooms were filthy. one worker working the prep line, 2 cooking, 3-4 in the back looking stressed but...
Read moreLooking at past credit card statements: I've eaten here 25 times in the last 2 years. The store has been on a downward spiral for the last 10 or so months. The store is consistently filthy, staff are hostile(god forbid you come in 90 minutes before closing and expect fajitas, cheese, chicken or sour cream). I get out of the gym at 7:30 and am usually there by 8:15. I'm not exagerating when I say this, but they are ALWAYS out of something(usually fajitas and beans, but last time they were out of cheese, sour cream, fajitas, and pinto beans.).
Onto the next subject, The filth: I worked for several years as a short order cook, and NONE of my bosses would let me keep my station as downright filthy as they keep their PUBLIC FACING work stations. There is always old food on the counters, usually piles of meatjuice, sour cream, and bean residue . The floors are an outright safety hazard, and are caked with trampled over pieces of food. Garbage cans are ALWAYS overflowing onto the floor.
Staff attitude ranges from apathetic to outright hostile and argumentative. They ignore the line, and don't help you. I have personally witness half-a-dozen arguments break out between staff.
On the upside, sometimes I make it here for lunch, and the daytime crew seems to have their...
Read moreChipotle in general is unfathomable. I just unfortunately love pain I guess. This location was out of Cheese, Guacamole, and informed me there was no time to make or prepare the salad dressing (honey chipotle vinaigrette). Supervision and management is a joke and leaves there front line employees out to dry. Employees did their best to handle the stress of the lunch rush and missing certain staple ingredients. The burrito of the dude behind me in line was the smallest burrito I have ever seen wrapped. I jokingly asked him if he ordered the new "small burrito." He chuckled but was not happy, so I paid for his burrito. They also wrapped his burrito on the ledge which coated his entire wrapping in sour cream. I asked for plastic gloves for him. The pay system had "been glitching recently." I stood there while the pleasant cashier tried to flag down supervision and management. Nobody came to help them. Feel bad for the hardworking employees and customers that are uncomfortable to speak up when they clearly aren't getting proper portions that they are paying for. Enter ANY Chipotle at your own risk; the issues are ubiquitous from...
