I need to get a big shout out to employee Lucy(I think that was her name!)!! She was so patient and kind, and let me tell you, I eat at nautical bowls soooo much (Maybe a little too much (hehe) but! I’ve always been curious about the rewards program and asked during checkout “are you apart of our rewards program” and every time, I say “no I’m not” then proceed with check out. This was the first time an employee even cared to let me know how to do sign up for this rewards. This could’ve saved me so much money in the past but that’s okay because talking with Lucy was so rewarding. I have loved Nautical Bowls since I first tried it earlier this year. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. But I wanted to share about the amazing service I received yesterday at the Woodbury location. I was served by Jada and was truly honored by her infectious cheer and friendly manner. During the few minutes it took for her to put my order together, she chatted with me and made me feel like an old friend. Jada made such a profound and positive impact on me during that short amount of time.
