Nutrition Cave - Herbalife — Restaurant in Woodbury

I’m newer to Woodbury area and was excited to see there was a Herbal Life store front near my new home. Excited to stop there, I walked in to grab a tea (my favorite) before the start of a full day of errands. Immediately I was greeted very poorly when no coaches bothered to turn around say “hello”, ask me how the day was going or what they could help me with. Shocked by that, I glanced at the menu in which I was somewhat familiar with since I used to work at another store front that sold Herbal Life products. The lady at the register seemed quite annoyed like she had better things to do with her day, and did not even have the decency to make eye contact, really. I feel I was looked at in a way as if I did not belong there, whether it was based on my body type (not looking like someone on a heath journey in my running gear after a long jaunt around the lake , a regular customer of theirs, or my skin tone). Really upsetting because I did love working my old job like this. Welcoming customers was a big part of how we did business, making everyone feel welcome with the personal relationship we had with regular customers and new comers. Knowing that people have off/bad days I decided to give the business the benefit of the doubt and try again. Unfortunately, experienced the same aura of the place😕. Besides the few visits to the shop, the drinks were fine but I don’t think I’ll be returning...

So if I could I would give this place negative rating I would!!! The owner is horrible!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money going here. It’s very expensive. So I use to be a regular customer until the new owner Chelsea took over. Customer service is horrible, Chelsea is extremely rude to customers. She talk on her phone, , face Times her boyfriend, and then when a customer walk in she makes the wait until she’s ready! Vicki and Jay ( original owner would NEVER DO THAT! It takes me anywhere from 30-45 minutes to get a shake and tea from Chelsea. It was a max of 5 minutes with the original owners with a line! Then when you complain to Chelsea she will purposely screw up your shakes! I threw my whole shake away today, cause it was horrible! Please save your time, and money don’t visit this...

Good place, friendly staff. I'm used to my local nutrition clubs, and sizing must be different here. When asked I chose a mega, but got the regular size that my clubs have. Unfortunately, I think the tea I ordered had all the flavor of a mega (tall) in a small size, and it was so sweet that I unfortunately couldn't even drink it. Which I didn't realize until after I left. Disappointing, since it was definitely the price of a larger tea. Definitely talk to the shake tender before ordering so that you know what to expect, but then you should...
