Store #358873 Ordered at 11:28am and was asked twice what drink I was waiting for at pick up window. Then was asked to see the receipt because they said the printer isn’t printing out receipts correctly at barista station. I watched the gentleman try and make my drink and he asked different staff 3 times what he had to do next. It was a simple oat milk iced matcha latte with one pump of French vanilla swirl. He left about an inch and a half at the top so it wasn’t even all the way full. All staff looked defeated and like they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It didn’t seem like anyone was taking charge. There were about 7 people deep in line and everyone was waiting 20+ minutes and getting frustrated. There were probably 10 drinks on the counter no one was picking up because I believe they were made incorrectly. 11:28am ordered and got my drink at 11:50am. When I have gone thru the drive thru 3 times before it’s fast but the customer service is just not there. There is no “thank you” or any communication. I blame this on lack of training. I’d tip but the four times I’ve gone I haven’t because customer service is just non existent. Read moreThis specific store gets 1 start rather than zero, because they ended up finally giving us liquid in a glass: I will have only ever have been to this store 3 times in my life, and have now learned my lesson 3 times... Never again. I do Dunkin coffee drinks between 2 and 4 times a week and love the Dunkin products overall... Generally excellent coffee.
This store management does not make sure staff know about the member rewards programs and date changes; does not make sure staff know they must follow the directions on the very cups they hand to the customers; and does not ensure that staff knows to kindly make sure the customer is satisfied... We finally left the drive thru line with a large Matcha drink that would have been good; but was FULL of ice, with perhaps or 5 sips that managed to fill the spaces in between; a Mocha raspberry that show 4 shots of each on the tag; but no flavor of anything in not good coffee; and a "free" member Monday cup of hot coffee to try one of their coffee flavors to perhaps buy some flavored grounds... It was burnt plain coffee that tasted like day old Starbucks... We have learned our lesson for the last time; there are too many other well managed franchises nearby now to waste...
Read moreI would leave 0 stars if I could! These workers don't listen to a thing you say when you order! That and they're super rude!! My daughter and I went to get our coffees that we usually order every time. We asked for 2 medium iced Carmel coffees with cream and sugar in both. The guy punched in 2 hot coffees with cream and sugar. Of course that didn't look right, so when we got to the window we asked if those were iced Carmel and he said no they are hot.
THEN proceeded to argue with me and kept telling me I ordered hot coffees.. he took his frustrations out on us and had the worst attitude.. we've been coming here for a very long time. This right here was the last straw with this place. We ended up driving off and very mad about this encounter. So unprofessional!!
That and the fact that my daughter left a review about this other girl that has horrible attitude too when she's there. What is up with this place and the workers?
