I asked the man at the window to please put my condiments in the bag as I have asked b4 in my last couple visits and did not get them. I had to get out my car (normally I wouldnt even be this dissapointed) these times are a hassle for me being I am 32 weeks pregnant with twins and moving around is a serious physical challenge for me. I went in to grab my condiments and jokingly asked the guy at the window did he forget about me. He looked at me and ignored me. And lisa who claims she was the manager was EXTREMELY rude and cut me off claiming it's not appropriate for me to interrupt people from doing there job. I was an office manager at McDonald's in mpls on hiawatha/lake st and thats NO WAY for a manager to act with a customer. She said " you have your sauces so can you just go.." as I was explaining my difficulties physically while she undermined me in front of her staff and customers.. the saddest part was another employee on the floor came to me and told me "you're not going to win this battle so you might want to let it go" WOOOOOOW đ¤ˇđźââď¸đ¤Śđźââď¸ Fix it please she will ruin your VOICE points with that horrible service and attitude.

   Read moreI would say 2 out of 3 times they get my families order wrong. I went in today today and ordered 4 breakfast meals. The person who packed it appeared to be asst mgr, got home, yup forgot portion of my order. So only some of family got to eat right away. Go back for the missed portion, didn't offer to replace the now cold 1/2 of the breakfast platter or offer to make it right for my return trip. Their quality control sucks! Very poor customer service in my opinion!!! Please check your orders, don't trust them to serve you correctly!! Update today, 7-17-2017, go inside to order food today since they still routinely mess up our drive thru order 1 out of 3 times. Get all the way home, go to pull food out for my boys, and there's several black hairs in the Fry's!! Drive all the way back to get new fries, the manager makes no attempt to apologize for the nasty fries or for the inconvenience of having to drive back to exchange them. Another customer next to me had to speak up and state " you should give him a gift card or something for his inconvenience" the young manager replied they don't do that. I guess McDonald's just takes your money and gives you nasty food!! Funny, as I'm waiting for my replacement fries, I notice all employees not wearing hair nets, nasty! This is an efficient McDonalds. Staff was positive and friendly as usual. Great deal using my app coupon of a free Big Mac with a $2+ purchase, thanks to the Vickings scoring 2 touchdowns in their last game. My order was less than $3.50. I appreciated the financial break on getting myself a meal. I like most the app deals better than the point freebies. I wish they'd come out with a better rewards program for the points earned. Such as offering a wider variety of products to be available for the points. I have had many points expire without using them because they don't offer what I am looking for or it doesn't come out to a better deal than the online offers. The property seems clean and well maintained.
