The manager claims that my wife "stole" $38 worth of food after she placed an order on the app. The app accepted payment, so when my wife entered the store and was given the food she left. The manager then took it upon himself to call and leave a threatening message, and send threatening texts. She was unaware that apparently the payment hadn't gone through. Especially because the manager looked over the recipe when she was there.
I called later to ask why he felt comfortable threatening my wife over a misunderstanding. He escalated the conversation into arguing and calling my wife a thief. He then threatened me to come down and speak face to face with him.

This location charges LITERALLY DOUBLE PRICES what other Quiznos locations charge! A regular size sub is somehow priced at $17-19 here when it should be $9-10 like every other Quiznos! You can even check the prices on the Quiznos app to compare to other locations in the area. I was in complete shock when I went here for the first time and saw the INSANE PRICES that do not match any other Quiznos I have ever seen!

Read moreSupposed to be a quick pit stop enroute to Wisconsin but it took 30 minutes. They were out of a lot of ingredients, the heater for the soup wasn't working, and there was one employee with a line of customers.
After the doordash driver who was waiting for the order asked what was up, the employee said it was his day off, was called in because the shift wouldn't be covered, and the person coming in after him would be hours late.... This is absolutely when the owner should be in and doing their part in keeping the store running - I don't know what kind of management this location has but it's pretty sad when one employee is stuck on Sunday, alone without ingredients.
