Starbucks — Restaurant in Woodbury

Really bad coffee & bad service. Went there today in the evening.

I asked for black tea, specifically English Breakfast & ended up getting green tea. When asked, she looked at it and said that it's black tea. Politely, I corrected her and she went and checked what's English Breakfast after which she repaired it. Differentiating between green tea & black tea is not that difficult.

Now, the cold foam iced cappuccino that I had ordered absolutely had no sugar at all (I know that cappuccino is bitter, but it definitely has atleast some sugar). I added sugar separately and went up to ask if they could blend it, told me to use the stir bar instead after giving me some lame reason(it's almost difficult to mix sugar in cold drinks unlike the hot ones).

I've had coffee at many places and almost throughout my life and I've never had such bad coffee. The lady who made my drink didn't even know how to make coffee (she was being instructed by her co-worker at each step).

Please, if I'm paying so much I need some good coffee. The Starbucks just opposite this one, in Tamrack village gave me a perfect drink with brilliant service, so it's this one that needs...

Today is May 23rd. The store closes at 8:00 PM. I rushed in right at 8:00 to order a drink, but a young girl told me I couldn’t order because they were already closed. However, there was still someone in front of me placing an order, and they hadn’t paid yet. I was clearly there right at 8:00, out of breath from running, and she still wouldn’t let me order. The same thing happened on May 21st. I always get off work at 8:00 PM, and I had left my workplace early by ten minutes just to try to get to this Starbucks in time. I arrived at 8:00 on the dot, but the same girl told me they were closed, even though another customer was still ordering and hadn’t paid yet. If the posted closing time is 8:00 PM, does that mean I really can’t place an order if I arrive at exactly 8:00? Or is she just trying to close up early so she can...

Ordered ahead and stopped in to pick up my order of 3 items a bakery item, crappy, and iced latte. The bakery item was ready, shortly after so was the frappe. I then continued to wait, 20 MINS for my iced latte. Meanwhile the frap was melting. I had to ask where and when the latte would be done. I was in a hurry thus why I had ordered ahead of time. I finally asked for a refund seeing that the frapp was as melting and gross looking and the latte was not done. I was told that the latter was being made. Then told okay I could get a refund. While waiting in line for a refund I was handed my latte so I left. I will never be back to this Starbucks again as this is not the first time service has not been great.
