Drew was quick to explain the excellent features and capabilities of the head, but took the time to point out other options that would be much better for our athlete. I’ve been shopping at ES lacrosse since its inception 10+ years ago. At the time, our family was new to lacrosse with absolutely zero experience in the game and the equipment used. After shopping at a big box sporting goods store and unable to locate anyone with experience in the sport, Alain opening his doors at ES Lacrosse was this dad’s savior. He provided excellent recommendations, a deep understanding of the boy’s AND girl’s game and what equipment was required.

We paid for a lacrosse goalie stick to be restrung. The stick was dropped off on a Saturday and said it would be done in about an hour. They weren’t able to finish the stick as promised and we were told it would be done on Sunday. It’s now Monday, the stick still wasn’t done as of this afternoon. Not once were we notified, we will never go back, horrible customer service! Now we have a stick that cannot be used without any other options to remedy the situation. I would never recommend this...
