Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Woodland Park

This location makes a darn good sandwich! It's fresh, the order is accurate, and the employees are fast with their service! Very happy with this location!

Fyi as of March '22 their hours are drastically reduced and the hours online don't match what the brick and mortar store has posted on their drive thru sign. Understandable with staffing shortages that they had to adjust their hours, just wish the online hours matched because I was definitely looking forward to a great sandwich for dinner tonight. 🥪🙂

Update May 2022- Came through for lunch. Fantastic service in drive-thru, sandwich made exactly as ordered, and employee was polite and professional. This is a great location! Hoping for the summer they extend their hours.

Update July 2022- It's good to see this location thriving, and they seem to have a full staff of very friendly and efficient employees! That bootlegger sandwich is just awesome!

Update August 2022- Was excited to come here and get dinner after the drive from Texas. Always get the Bootlegger, but they were out of turkey. That was a bit of a disappointment, but made the adjustment and got something else which was just as good! The drive thru employees are very friendly at this location, and even though it is pricey....they make a great sandwich!

Haven't been here in awhile- absolutely not disappointed in the service: consistent, fast, and friendly! Order made correctly!

DE-LICIOUS!!!! Love this location, love the care they take making a great sub, their high level of customer service- professionalism, friendliness, and quick response/service! Look at this yummy sub! They do a great job!

Why did rating go from 5 to 3 stars? Because what is the point of posting a response to my review online, asking me to reach out personally, then not responding as a location or corporation?! You are wasting my time. If JJ would have said- thank you for your review- and that's it I would have been fine. However, to ask me to go on a totally different platform, send a message to the location and corporate, which I do, and then not respond. Just not cool...

Love the unwich option... But I live in a tiny little town of only 7,200 people and Jimmy John's does not even deliver to my address! The local excellent pizza place (AJ's) has no problem delivering here, and super fast. But not Jimmy John's. Anyway. First visit. My wife and I both got a #9 Italian. She got hers on regular Italian bread and I got the "unwich," which is a sandwich wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves rather than bread. I have diabetes, so that much bread will send my blood sugars into the stratosphere. Therefore, I love the unwich option! The service was great and fast... Until it came time for us to fill up our unsweet iced teas. Had to go back to the counter to ask for Sweet and Low! And the guy even asked... How many packets!? ... Really? I buy that stuff myself in bulk from Costco, and they are being stingy about Sweet and Low packets?? OMG! And not a single wedge of lemon to be seen to be put into our tea... We didn't bother to go back to the counter to ask again... So... Jimmy John's.. Get over the stingy attitude on the drink extras, and figure out that you can drive anywhere in our tiny mountain town in about 10 to 15 minutes max! If you can't handle the short drive that AJs has no problem doing, then contract...

I ordered on the app before I got there, the order was recieved at 12:04 PM. I parked and went inside. There were 3 people in line, the first one in line was still ordering his food. I was finally greeted by someone, she asked if I was here to pickup an order, I said yes and told her my name. She said she thought they were working on it right now. I said "okay cool, thank you" and sat down and waited. After the third person in line got his food, I went up again and asked about my order. The ticket was right in front of the sandwich makers face. The part where all the orders are so the person making the sandwich can see what's on the ticket and make it. It was definitely in line to be made, but they just ignored it. He grabbed the ticket and said "oh, yeah, I'll start that one right now." A few minutes later I recieved my order and left. The time was now 12:18 PM, not very fast...
