Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Woodland

I am writing to express my deep disappointment following my recent visit to your store. It was my first time coming to Cold Stone with my kids, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very bad experience.

The staff was extremely unprofessional. Despite waiting for a long time, no one came to take our order because the girls working there were busy chatting and laughing among themselves. When someone finally did come, they were rude, rushed, and showed a complete lack of respect toward us.

Even my kids noticed the rude behavior and asked why the staff was acting like that. It made what should have been a fun and special outing feel uncomfortable and disappointing.

This is not the kind of experience I expected from a well-known brand like Cold Stone. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend Cold Stone to anyone based on this experience.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your team to prevent disappointing other families...

I have very mixed reviews for this Woodland location, as it feels awkward every time I visit.

My family and I have gone to this location several times and the ladies are very attentive and friendly. However, I have seen several nights when it gets super busy and the team struggles for assistance.

When the crew calls for help, the manager will come out from the back and position himself to the register to ring up customers. He never offers help but asks the ladies what the customer ordered. As soon as the line dies down, he either goes to the back or sits outside.

It's very disrespectful and his conduct and actions are not what a manager should do. If his actions don't change, people will stop coming. Unfortunately, the ladies who work behind the counter are the superstars who are making this...

I absolutely love coming to Cold Stone Creamery in Woodland! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by incredibly friendly staff who truly make you feel welcome. They’re always upbeat and ready to help you pick the perfect flavor or mix-in.

You can tell they take a lot of pride in keeping the shop clean and inviting. Plus, they always have great music playing, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Most importantly, the ice cream and toppings are always fresh and delicious. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or bringing the family, this place never disappoints....
