McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodlawn

This Mcdonalds location is worst managed location in Woodlawn area. Went today to pickup Doordash order and saw this one black order taker being extremely rude and hurling slurs to a poor Spanish worker who doesnot know proper English and was bagging food, there were other black and Spanish workers too but she was being rude to this particular girl saying stuff like which I heard from my ears this was good you would have been floored etc etc and mind you she was saying this infront of 3-5 customers waiting on their food. Luckily to the Girls deference the other Spanish manager working came to rescue and they were talking to each other in Spanish so This black girl started saying speak in English. Me being Pakistani guy myself didn’t wanted to interfere but felt extremely angry at this black girl for poorly treating this spainish worker. If for example this was black worker and some white or other race manager said here something this would have been big issue and would have accused him or her of racism. I didn’t wanted to waste my time because already Doordash is slow anyway so left but would be getting in touch with corporate about this black girls behavior because as worker herself she should be helping her and be gentle because everybody...

Absolutely horrible!!! Ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich, they gave me a grilled chicken. Hmmm, no problem I will just exchange it for my correct order. I explained to the cashier that I received the wrong sandwich, and she said "Well I didn't make it". I told her I didn't state that you made I am stating that I would like to have what I ordered. Well, Ms. Poetic Justice just rolled her eyes and walked away. Ok, now same day 15 mins later, me and the crew sitting down and eating after I've received my correct sandwich. A crew member started sweeping. She can directly over to me and said "Is this your card on the floor, do you want me to get it up, and if not I suggest you get it up". I said "whench you better watch who you are talking to like that". "You don't see or here none of your children here do you"? I am much more grown than you believe me". And then I stated "that why you at working at McDonalds for $11.00 an hr and I make $35.00 an hr. "Your entire staff attitude is horrible and that's why I don't eat here and never will again". Poor customer service, horrible attitudes, that are disgraceful...

After going through the drive thru and not getting the correct order, I walked in and waited 8 minutes before asking another customer how long she was waiting and she replied 10 minutes.

I asked the woman working on the drive thru was she the manager. She replied yes. I asked was she the head manager on dutie and she replied yes... I asked her why was she not doing anything about the people waiting to be addressed in the lobby, she walked away while replying that other person was working the counter. I said ma'am you have people in your lobby and no one has addressed them at all in over 10 minutes. She replied, "she's working the counter and I'm helping in drive thru"

When you have 8 customers waiting to be addressed in your lobby, a simple acknowledgement is very important. Their customer service and manager service is horrible.

The 800.6-tellus line is worse. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up
