Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodridge

I have come to this location many times wih minor issues . Until today, I placed an online order through the dunkin app to pull up to the window, to have the window operator tell me the two donuts I ordered were no longer available. No issue but, then to get an Attitude with me and my wife when asking for a refund for the items I didn’t not receive and to tell me that I can’t get a refund and I must contact corporate or the number on the receipt to get a refund! This is unacceptable! There is no reason a franchisee could not have issued a refund for the items I didn’t receive! Furthermore they consistently ignored my phone calls to try to fix the situation! I will never come here again nor any Dunkin’s I have had nothing but trouble with your business for the past year. You have lost two...

My pregnant sister and I walked into the store to order and she had to use the bathroom. We were not aware that the inside was closed . She asked the employee in the front of there was the bathroom and the employee rudely responded “we’re not even open” even though it was an honest mistake that we thought the inside was open . We walked right out upset by her attitude . My sister called inside to get the number to corporate and the manager answered . She was so nice and helpful . She provided our order to us plus more free of charge and ensured us she would speak to her employee. Honestly if it wasn’t for her they would have gotten 2 stars. Have not been here in 6 months because they always seem to screw something up. 50 percent of the time they seemed like they never had Boston Cremes when I would visit there in the late mornings. Decided to give them another try and ordered a Boston Creme with Coffee and Breakfast Sandwich. Once again they couldnt get it right, the Boston Creme had NO Creme in it. Once before they served me a Sausage, Egg, Cheese Croissant without the Egg. The Boston Cremes also seemed to have shrunk by 30% in size. Hopefully I dont go back for 6 years. Next time when I run out of KCups, I'll definitely hit the grocery store first before I let this place...
