This is the coziest hidden gem in downtown woodstock! My husband and I were searching for a new date night spot that serves delicious Italian food 🍝& wonderful service đŸ‘đŸ»

We have found that at Ipp’s. ❀

From the moment we were sat, up until the very end, this restaurant did not disappoint. We came to this cute spot on a Monday night within an hour of closing and our server Emilee was fantastic from start to finish. She was polite, offered genuine suggestions, friendly conversation and made us feel so welcomed.

When you first sit down you get delicious warm garlic rolls with an AMAZING marinara sauce.

We ordered the “Pepe” appetizer since it is a speciality of there’s. The honey brushed on a flakey crust mixed with the homemade Italian sausage, topped with signature marinara was a wonderful combination you wouldn’t expect. Highly recommend trying it.

Next, for our entree we both ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and substituted the traditional Spaghetti with Fettuccine Alfredo. At first I wasn’t sure this was possible since it wasn’t on the menu but Emilee happily did it for us.

The chicken was fresh, juicy and perfectly crispy. You could tell this was homemade pasta and the alfredo sauce was just right. I loved that it was served separately since pasta can be a little messy.

We finished the evening with a much deserved cannoli! (We Devoured it before I could get a picture) it was delicious 😋 instead of the traditional pistachios on the outside there were mini chocolate đŸ« chips which was a nice surprise!

If you’re like us and have been eyeing this place, debating if you should give it a try- take my advice and do it! Ask for Emilee, you won’t be disappointed!!

It’s restaurants like this that make going out for a nice meal an enjoyable experience; which often time isn’t the case.

Well done Ipp’s đŸ‘đŸ», we can’t wait...

This is very mediocre Italian food. I honestly don’t understand how the reviews are as good as they are for the food. I wanted to like it, and the service was good for us. The restaurant is also very cute inside, I really like the aesthetic. In contrast to this, the bathrooms were an absolute disaster, dirty, crusty trash can in the stall, definitely needs some attention.

The garlic knots are bready and bland, but the sauce is very good. The calamari is definitely not good, it is like the frozen rings you can find in the grocery store, chewy and bland, merely there for the sake of having that staple on the menu, but not done well. They also did not match the picture on their own website, as they were rings only. Their pics are a mix of glamor shots and catfishing, lol. The mozzarella wedges also did not match the picture. They were crumb-breaded rather than beer-battered, as the pics would indicate. The pizza was very thick and “bready.” Don’t order it if you’re a fan of Neapolitan style pizza, it’s basically for people who want to get full on cheap carbs. Flavor lacking, as with everything except the delicious sauce. The Stromboli certainly looked good from the outside, but the cheese was cold, unmelted, and had an off-putting texture. The rigatoni cardinale was sparse on the protein, also not as pictured, and quite bland. Others at the table were disappointed with their meals as well. They liked the dessert quite a bit, but I did not try it. They also liked the Caesar salad. I just can’t recommend this place, but maybe it’s good compared to other Italian food in the area?...

We have been wanting to try Ipp's ever since we moved here. We just now got around to it. No disappointment!

The building is beautiful and you feel like you're in an Italian family dining room. I kept waiting for an old Italian grandmother to come out.

The bread was fantastic! We really appreciated they brought out enough for our family of four to enjoy two apiece while we waited for our food.

This was a late Sunday lunch so we were hungry! Not after we left! So much food; portion size was awesome. The gravy (sauce😉) was good. It had a good flavor and chunks of cooked tomatoes, which I truly appreciate.

The chicken parm was on point, thin and lightly breaded. Also the linguini had a good flavor, not simply a pile of noodles.

The kids had pizza and the crust was perfect, crunchy but not burnt.

This was the wifey's birthday lunch. She had Lobster Bisque and Chicken & Spinach Cannelloni. Both were packed with flavor! The bisque wasn't overpowering and was perfect on a cold damp day. They brought out the birthday cannelloni which was beautifully decorated with chocolate writing Happy Birthday. And no embarrassing song just a nice treat.

It took us a while to get to Ipp's but it won't be for us to return. And this was easy on the wallet for such a nice lunch. Kids split a pizza, two entrees, glass of wine, glass of tea, three waters and two pans of bread with the tip; came to $79.

If you're in or near downtown Woodstock we fully recommend you try Ipp's Pastaria & Bar. Then enjoy a walk through our...
