I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this location was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed. Upon entering, I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. No greeting, no eye contact — nothing. Feeling ignored, I decided to place my order through the app instead.
Shortly after, a young lady approached me with a noticeably bad attitude, asking, "Are you ready to order?" — as if she had already attempted to help me multiple times, which was not the case. I explained that I had ordered through the app, and instead of checking or offering help, she dismissively said, "I have to see where it was sent," without even looking at any order system. I showed her my confirmation receipt, and suddenly my order "appeared" in her hand. Not once during the interaction did I receive an apology for the delay or confusion.
After receiving my food (without my drink), I sat down and began eating. 25 minutes later after being done with my food for over 10 min, still without my smoothie, I had to walk back up to the counter to ask about it. A gentleman with an equally poor attitude simply asked, "What you got?" No apology, no urgency — just clear indifference. I told him about my shake that had been sitting there waiting for 25 minutes, and he handed it over without a single word of apology or concern.
Overall, the food tasted the same, but the customer service was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The staff showed a complete lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic respect for customers. Being ignored, treated rudely, and having to chase down my own order is completely unacceptable. Read more6/16 update: It’s been weeks and no one reached out to us. We did contact corporate as requested in the blanket response and still nothing. Zero care for customers. We haven’t been back and won’t be. Not worth the frustration, time or money when the orders are wrong and the employees are rude. Money is better spent elsewhere.
Our delivery arrived wrong, the driver left with the food and never came back with the order. Called up here and Nicole was not only extremely rude but lacks the basic competence to be answering a phone never mind dealing with guest recovery. THEN… after filing a complaint with DoorDash, and being refunded (something Nicole said “good luck” with), we received a message about berating a teenager (didn’t happen) and how they don’t want our business. Fine with us. We weren’t coming back. It’s no surprise your team members are rude based on the response we received prior to ANY context or conversation with management. I HATE to leave a one star review. This is a new location with so much opportunity to very profitable and I feel like the lack of management will soon have this location shut down. I'd love to stop here at least 3x a week but they shut off app ordering because they are under staffed. No worries I'll go through drive thru and never get rewards... I drive up, systems are always down, I need to order on the app but they are short ingredients. They NEVER have the oven on so don't even dream about ordering anything other than a smoothie before noon if they even have the ingredients. We have been told on several occasions they turn off app ordering because they are under staffed and can't handle the orders.....yet there's no one in line at 8am and they still have system issues and no ingredients.
