(Edited review, this was supposed to be a 5 star review so I updated it!) Came in here with my friend on Friday Sept 26th, 2025 about 2pm. We were greeted immediately by the manager I believe, very friendly and professional African American male. He sat us and let us know our server would be right there and she was. Lizzy was her name if I remember and she’s an absolute doll! Very friendly, knows the menu, gives good advice on the menu, and has an incredible spirit.
After getting some of her assistance with the menu we ordered several plates to share starting with the Spicy Tuna Rockstars - they’re like star shaped crab cakes, they’re fried tuna “cakes” topped with jalapeño, ponzu, spicy mayo and honey. Pretty tasty with a light crunch and not too “fishy”.
For our entrees we ordered 3 plates, the filet minon solo, the shrimp solo and the chicken solo. The solo plates come with fried or white rice, veggies and yum yum sauce. The filet we ordered medium and it was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. The chicken was grilled and had a very nice seasoning on it. The shrimp was basic grilled shrimp and also had a nice light seasoning. The veggies were broccoli and carrot.
Since we were there during lunch we were able to order all these on the lunch special which is a great deal.
As far as atmosphere it’s definitely rock and roll. The lighting is cool if not difficult to see with sometimes but it’s a groovy experience.
The staff is great (thank you Lizzy! You’re a rockstar!).
Will definitely return and...
Read moreMy family was excited to try RNR and it looked awesome when we walked in. Great decor and theme. Maybe I'm a little judgmental due to working in restaurant marketing in the past, but upon entry we met a not so happy bartender and server right off the bat. She would talk to you, if you talked to her, but didn't seem very friendly. Her body language and lack of smile mat it appear like she did not want to be bothered. Then we ordered. The server advised they were out of many of the appetizers. Out of sugar-free sweetener (for diabetics). Then the food we ordered came out. The kitchen forgot to put the Naruto maki in the black tonkotsu ramen 2x. Then ordered a 3rd black tonkotsu ramen, not only was it missing the Naruto maki, but they brought spicy tonkotsu ramen, which is visibly different and yes, it too was missing the Naruto maki. (To be fair, they may have been out of naruto maki, but they didn't confirm or deny when we advised it was missing from the ramen. The sushi was OK at best. The young male server was ok and tried to make things right. He got the check right for what we actually ordered and offered to make it right by removing the total wrong item that was brought out, but we aren't tose ppl. I think the meal was overpriced for the service and food we received. The management at that restaurant needs to be re-thought if they want to...
Read moreWent here to pick up a mobile order, I was a little early, so I was told it would be a few extra minutes. First off the atmosphere fits the name but not loud and annoying. The man behind the bar (I found out his name is Spencer) when I first walked in, I am assuming he was the bartender, offered me a seat at the bar. He then offer me a drink because it was hot outside. I told him no thank you and that I would wait in my car for a bit. He then offered to bring my order to the car when it was ready. The order took a little longer than expected, which was fine. Spencer can out to check on me and to verify the order. He then offer me again to bring a drink to my car. The sushi was delicious by the way. I got a shrimp tempura roll with added cream cheese. Just based off this kind interaction and excellent service alone I will be back for a dine in meal. Spencer...
