This could be the worst Panda Express store I’ve ever been to. I walked in and stood in line behind two customers waiting to order. I could see as soon as I walked in that they were low on chow mein. As the employee took the last bit of chow mein for the customer ahead of me, she literally looked down at the bowl and said out loud “We are out of chow mein.” before finally asking someone to make more. Meanwhile the line continued to grow for the next 10 minutes while the staff broke out the ingredients and finally made more. This kind of service is typical for this location, and I hate that my daughter sometimes asks me to go and get her some orange chicken, but I oblige. Additionally, the teriyaki sauce was as thick and gelled up...clearly sitting out and overheating over several hours. Couldn’t even use it...

Last time I ordered they were out of half the stuff and I ordered ahead on their website to make it easier since Uber eats had trouble last time the second time I ordered and I got there and nothing was ready and the what I thought was polite girl at the front literally said I don't care to the server about my order when I asked for it when it was 40 minutes after I ordered it. I understand it takes a minute to make food but no customer service whatsoever from this establishment. After 40 minutes and me realizing that my bag was sitting there for 20 of them the cook had the audacity to say don't worry buddy it's coming. Read moreThe same thing just happened to me about the mask.... I work as a door dash driver and after forgetting my mask in my car, I was forced by management and crew to go back outside to get my mask even though my customers order was ready. I explained that Governor Kemp ended the mask mandate. But no, she would not release my customers order to me. I explained I felt they were being unreasonable regarding the momentarily missing mask instead of caring about my customers waiting food. The nonmandated mask was more important. The Manager expressed that: "there is a sign on the door" and continued to hold my customers food "hostage". Additionally, I was refused the use of the restroom after asking politely even after explaining my urgency. They said it was "messy".
