Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Woodstock

It happened, the last straw.

We come here frequently and despite our wishes, have the rudest, most awful service and consistently get bad pizzas. They short us on ingredients, they burn or undercook the pizzas. This gives me heartburn and indigestion. They have kids running the store who literally just don’t care about anything and will give you attitude if you ask for ANYTHING. I ask for my pizzas to be well done- each time it is met with an eye roll and then they proceed to burn the pizzas. Well done does not equal black on top and the bottom floppy and undercooked. It also doesn’t equal completely burned all the way through but they do not care what they serve you. They roll their eyes, mouth off and purposefully ruin the food. Then they ask if everything is okay when the pizza is literally black. There is one girl who is especially rude each time- her name starts with a V and she is hateful every single time. According to her, “we can’t control the temperature of the over so that’s why your pizza is burnt.” The quality of the food would be so much improved if they could learn how to cook the pizzas but they just can’t. We’ve come here for years and the service has been consistently getting worse each time. For a $10 pizza, at an establishment titled “Your Pie,” we are definitely not getting our pizza the way we want it.

We visit Your Pie at least twice a month, sometimes once a week. We used to love this place because we could customize our pizzas the way we wanted while still eating as a family. However, despite us trying (ex. Asking to check the pizza before serving to see if we would like it cooked more), the restaurant does not accommodate. We keep trying and I don’t know why we are because it is a very frustrating and poor experience every time. Not sometimes, literally every time.

More often than not, we end up taking the pizzas the way they are even when they are not satisfactory and up to standards purely because we do not want to deal with the rude staff. And after speaking with the owner, I see where it comes from. Despite sending her everything I’ve mentioned above, there was never an apology issued. There was no corrective action (come in, we’ll make you a new one, give us another chance, etc). She simply said “thanks for the feedback…we’ll work on training our employees” and that’s it. Pretty sorry if you ask me. After that interaction with the owner, I definitely will not be...

Went into your pie Woodstock and ordered a pizza. The gentleman behind the counter started making my pizza everything was going great until he took his gloves that he was wearing up to his nose and rubbed his nose and sniffles onto his gloves and then continued to make my pizza. Then he took his mouth and rubbed it all over his shirt and still continue to make my pizza. The manager was looking at him and watching him and did not say a word. I had to ask him to please change his gloves. He changed them however he didn’t even throw the first pizza away. I had to tell him to make a new fresh one again and for somebody else to make it. I enjoy your pie pizzas they are very good I am not had one issue with the pizzas or anything else at any location in greater Atlanta. But when I see someone rubbing snot off of there mouth onto their gloves and then go into the canisters where it can infect everybody else after me and grabbing meat and cheese with their hands and putting garlic and other things on top of the pizza with the gloves He wiped his snot on the gloves and continue with my pizza...

I've been coming here to the Woodstock location since it opened and it has never been a problem to order my everyday order of caprese chicken minus the chicken add mushrooms! Both locations I frequent frequently and today a little missy by the name of Kia or Kiya (she wasn't wearing her name tag) like the others. So I had to ask Joe at the register a sweet newbie! After she asked me what I would like to order I put in my order to her and she responded with we can't do that. I told her I am in here 3/4 times a week and that's all I ever ordered! You could tell the others were intimidated by her so they were sure not to recognize me and state that I always order that order in that way. It was clear that I wasnt going to get what I came in for so I just ordered everything on the caprese as a 7" and folded it in half and asked for the pesto sauce on the side! What the hell is the dam difference? I'm not a happy customer and that lil missy is a rude you know what... Next time I'll be sure to ask for...
