Ordered a bagel with nothing on it & nothing on the side as I have a dairy allergy... after clarifying with the employee taking my order two times, I still got home to discover a bagel smothered in cream cheese. So I return to this location and tell them “I just ordered a bagel with nothing on it and got a bagel with cream cheese —“ the employee taking orders interrupts me saying “it must’ve been a mistake honey, it’s just habit to put cream cheese on the bagel. Just pull up and we’ll make you a new one”. Not even an apology. The drive-thru window remained open while I waited for my order. I proceeded to hear the employees discussing what happened and making rude remarks about me. The employee working at the sandwich station rolled her eyes and said, “if she wanted a bagel with nothing on it she could’ve just said that —“ (I did - twice.) and the other employee commented about how she told me it was just a mistake but “whatever, just make the bagel”...
If you’re going to insult the customer, you should probably have the decency to wait until they drive away, or at least make sure the drive-thru window is closed before you do so. This isn’t the first time something of this nature has happened to me at this location specifically. There’s no excuse for such a lack of respect and professionalism at your place of employment.
Across the board, employees seem to be trained poorly. They have absolutely no regard for food allergies. I have received a bagel with dairy on it when asking for a bagel “with nothing on it” on several occasions, and twice I received a coffee made with whole milk when ordered with almond. Thankfully, I could tell just by looking at it that it wasn’t made correctly, but that could have been extremely dangerous. I have only encountered a small number of employees who did not have a poor attitude... hardly any of the people who work here understand customer service, or even basic respect. They are consistently rude and are more focused on gossiping than on fulfilling orders.

Read moreI was there last week I believe on Thursday and then when I got to the counter I was looking at the menu and one of the girls who were working the time in the afternoon when I went gave me an attitude saying either you order or if your waiting for someone you can wait in the lobby and I said politely that I was ordering but looking at what I wanted to order then as I knew what I wanted to order it seemed odd how everyone inside that night was being weird and starring at me with a weird look after I had received my coffee then next came giggling and I heard all 5-6 of the workers talking bad about me I couldn’t quite get what they were saying but I felt some negative energy in that building and then another employee was sweeping the floors I simply said if I’m in the way I could move so I moved and then I was looked at again by the other employees with an ugly look and feeling negativity still like that environment was off balance and all them people who were working that night must of did something to my coffee because I wasn’t quite feeling okay after I finished it and just hearing how they talk about customers their language in a place like that is uncalled for and getting high while on the job and hitting vapes in the store yeah definitely wouldn’t want these people handling my food or drinks anymore disappointed with the entire service there something...
Read moreI came to this location yesterday, and I was disturbed at how the employees were being treated by another employee. Her name is Nicole. She was swearing, yelling, and being really rude to the employees while I was in the drive-through window. The employee whom she was yelling at did absolutely nothing wrong. She took her headset off to do the dishes and the employee name. Nicole decided she wanted to yell and swear and scream at her and tell her to go home, I tried contacting the store to speak to the manager about this but the number does not work so I’m gonna have to stop by and speak to the manager about this because this is not the first time I’ve noticed the employee name Nicole talk to the other employees in a disrespectful way not only was she being disrespectful, but her voice was raise so loud that I could hear her through the window with the window closed the poor employee was crying hysterically outside because she was afraid she was going to lose her job over this and I was a witness. I wanted to make sure she wouldn’t.
