If zero stars could be given I would. Twice in one week this location messed up my order. The first time the manager blamed the app and said I had entered the information wrong despite having it right in front of us on the phone. Then today, I called an order in on the phone, was very clear, and even had the person on the phone repeat the order back to me. When I got to the drive through window it was wrong. I was told to pull around as there was a car behind me. Thinking this reasonable, and that they would fix it I did so. As I came to the window a second time, this time I was told to come inside to speak to the manager. Ok…I’m thinking now “sure, the person in charge wants to make this right and this will be ok.” No. When I come in, the manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong, this is what I ordered, because “that is what is on the screen and he only makes what was on the screen.” I was at this point polite and nice. He was not. He ranted that he had 20 other orders to make and that he would not remake my pizza. I told him that I did not care what was “on his screen” I called this order in, due to having a glitch with the app a few days prior, and even had the order read back to me. (This is a food allergy issue not just a topping preference). This manager then says “well that is a call center and we are not responsible for them messing the screen up.” Are you serious? At this point I no longer being quiet and polite and told this “manager” that I had paid for this order and he needed to remake it. He started to argue, and I told him I’d wait outside in the pickup line and hold up other orders because this was ridiculous. He gave in, told me he’d remake it, but it would take 30 minutes! Having a hungry kid at home that wanted his pizza I said fine. Then sat inside and waited for the order to be made. Mistakes are made, and I am always gracious with customer service as I know it is a hard and often thankless job. Read moreIf I could rate them 0 stars I would. Horrible communication and service. Ordered for pick up got a message that it was in the oven and would be ready in 8-10 min. I headed that way and it had been 10 minutes so I pulled up to the window and they said it would be a couple minutes and if I could pull around. So I did and waited 20 more minutes went and got back in the line for my pizza when I got to the window I told them my name again and the boy at the window said it’s not ready yet and will be a little longer so I asked about how much longer and he said “I honestly don’t know” rudely and shut the window. Waited a bit longer and pressed the bell to get service again someone else came this time and I told them my name. He said ok and went and checked for my order. After a like 5 minutes another man came back and said that someone else had another order similar to mine and they gave it to them.
