TL;DR Good food but driver added tips to my order (stole from me)

Ordered for delivery here quite frequently and over the past year the delivery time was longer and longer despite the fact that I would sometimes order as soon as the place opened at 10:00. One day after waiting a gross TWO HOURS for delivery, I decided to stop tipping and tip again if the delivery was under an hour. The other day when I ordered, I checked my previous orders to notice I had generously tipped the driver 5 dollars. And by generously tipped the driver 5 dollars I mean he added a tip to the order that I did not give him. So he stole from me. To check to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, I placed another order at 10:15. When the food finally arrived at 11:30 I made sure that no tip was included since it was over an hour. I then went back to check my order on the foodtecsolutions site they have and sure enough a 2 dollar tip was added without me actually tipping anything. This is really sad considering I've ordered here often, but I draw the line of patronizing with a business when they start stealing from me. I called last week (2nd week Oct 2017) to get my money back and while the manager (possibly owner?) said the money would be returned to me, but he was busy with the lunch rush and would take care of it later. I haven't been to Boomers in ages, food always consistently, all 15 years I've gone there. I called for a delivery, I had forgotten name of sandwich, the girl who answered was quick to know the name. I asked her should I get curley or regular fries, she regular, ok I want those too. Bing bang boom done. She was excellent. A few minutes laters, oops need to put on card, called back told her.my name and order, she asked me for the card number in seconds, I gave it to her, bing bang boom. Done. Oh I had to tell her she's excellent and every take out restaurant needs someone like her, she was so pleasant, professional, and proficient. Considering last week 2 well known restaurants weren't doing take out last Friday night! Last night, called 4 restaurants, all different excuse, 1 new place didn't even answer the phone. Really tough to show your support when they don't answer. After 1 hr 20 mins. I quickly cooked a burger at home!! I've eaten Boomer's food several times. It's decent, nothing special, but I've been turned off at this point by their poor customer service.

I was with my girlfriend in North Grafton and we called to see if they would deliver to us, about 5 miles away. They assured us they would if it was at least $15 as it's about a 10 minute drive. So we ordered food, and were told that it would be there in about 30 minutes, only to be called 30 minutes later essentially being told that they wouldn't deliver it to us in North Grafton, and that if we wanted the food we could pick it up. This of course left a very sour taste in my mouth, as it would have been completely acceptable for them to have said they wouldn't deliver initially instead of playing this game with us.

I won't be ordering from them again. There's plenty of good (better) food in Worcester at not dissimilar price points where I haven't had to be misled...
