D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Worcester

Wow... I truly don't even know where to begin. My wife and I stopped in over the weekend as we were passing through on a road trip. The staff was absolutely trashy. As we were waiting in line, we could hear these girls ripping and quipping at each other. It was the most unprofessional thing I've ever, EVER witnessed. They were rude to each other and vulgarities were nearly offensive to me. I'm sure they were offensive to other customers. I could have sworn I heard the lady in line behind us gasp.

We should have left, but the food looked good and we were really hungry. That all changed after we got our food back to our hotel to eat. My wife found a dead fly in her rice bowl. A dead fly! What kind of hygiene standards do they have at this place?! I had a #9 steak sandwich and the meat was dry and chewy and flavorless. The onions and peppers were barely more than raw. I don't know how you can mess up what is essentially a cheesesteak, but they figured it out here. We both threw our food away and had to trek out to find somewhere else to eat dinner. I was half tempted to call my credit card company and try to decline the charge.

If we're ever back in Worcester, we'd avoid this place...

Ordered an Italian and was asked if I want everything on it. Which would normally be lettuce tomato onion and pickle. Got home and the sandwich had lettuce and banana peppers on it... also I had asked if the bread was fresh and was told yes. So i got it untoasted, the bread was stale. I would never go again I hadn't been in probably a year. Legit wish I could get...

updates on this location? Well with the situations of prices going up now I can say that the prices here has gone up more than what it used to be but the quality of the food. Or should I say subs? Are still not bad but let's just leave it as it is. Take your chances of coming here and hoping for the best Good food but...
