Zero stars Ordered Pizza from Domininos in Worcester Ma Grafton ( 1413 Grafton Street, Worcester Ma 01604) . Paid online and also paid tip. The driver that delivered the pizza Left the Pizza at the door next to parked car. I did not have any knowledge of the pizza being delivered. When my husband arrived found the pizza on the ground with ants 🐜 crawling on the box. When I called the store the lady who answered the phone was rude. Started by being passive aggressive. She stated that they must have called me and I did not answer. She said she had to verify with the driver. She called the driver and the driver confirmed that he did not call. I asked the lady if she was sending someone with a new pizza. She stated that she had to check and just can't give a new pizza. I reminded her she wasn't giving me a new pizza that I had already paid for it. She said she had to see the old pizza then thats when she will send the new one. I told her to send the drive with a new pizza and he can pick the old pizza exactly where they left it. She said no . That the driver had to bring the old pizza back to the store then after they look at it they will send the new pizza. I had no words. I did ask if they train new drivers appropriately because they stated that the driver was new. But the lady answering the phone definitely had very poor customer service. I asked her to cancel my order and send someone to pick the old pizza and at this point I did jot want a pizza from them. I asked for a manager she was hesitant. I ended up hanging the phone . After minutes later a manager called stating she had canceled my order and apologized. I did tell her thank you for calling but I was on the phone for a longtime complaining about a pizza that I had already paid for. I have ordered from this store multiple times and other pizza places but definitely had the worst experience for food delivery from this Domininos. I am still waiting for them to come pick up the pizza that they left outside. As for my family and I we settled for leftovers. In this day and age with covid 19 who thinks its okay to leave peoples food outside without even alerting them that its there. Very disappointed customer now former...

He left as soon as I sat down and snapped this picture...Very disappointed in the three young employees, two women, and one man, who later appeared as a delivery driver. The app told me to enter. The LED screen welcomed me. There was still 16 minutes of bake time on the app. I sat down at one of the tables. I was the only customer. After only a few minutes, enough time to start a photo and positive review here on Google, the app responded pizza was ready. I noticed the young guy struggling to free an overly blackened pepperoni pizza from its pizza pan. Eventually he called out to the two girls for assistance. The bottom pulled away from the center of the pizza. The 2nd girl finally freed the pizza and readied its box. Meanwhile I had moved to the counter while this entertainment was going on. The 3rd girl tossed that pizza to the waiting rack like a Frisbee as it did nearly a full circle on the stainless steel shelf. I stood there another two minutes, not a single one of them even made eye contact to acknowledge that I was standing there. I said excuse me twice, which fell on deaf ears as they were having a grand time. However I needed to raise my voice above their laughing and general chat. Finally they asked 'name?' I responded, the girl then realized the pizza focus was intended for me. All three glanced at each other wide eyed. I said thanks and walked out. The young man followed out the door with a delivery which I actually never saw get packed into the heat pouch. He saw me look back at him in the parking lot and I assume based on his quick break of glance, knew I was not happy. Long story, got home, literally the bottom of the pizza equated to breaking with hands 1970's era wall plywood. Garlic juice was poured on heavy I'm guessing to soften the very obvious re-heated pizza. I gave five stars atmosphere simply because of the cleanliness and modernity of the store. Staff needs training and business...
Read moreOnce again I am let down by dominos. I moved to millbury a few months ago. Since im not from the area i thought i would play it safe, and order from dominos. The first time it wasn't so bad. Then it just got worst and worst. With the pizza being cold, taking forever to arrive, and finally just not being cooked properly. Today is the last time i will order from this location ever again. I purchased 2 pizzas, parm bread bites, and cinnamon twist for carryout. When i arrived at the store it seemed to me they were having a slow night, because the manager on duty was on her phone while attending me, and hanging out with some guy who seemed to be her boyfriend. Not only she seemed to rush me out of the store because her guest was obviously more important. Before i leave she forgot my drink, i myself i had to remind her about it. she forgot my 2 marinera sauces to begin with, then we open our pizzas... A medium cheese pizza, with garlic sauce on the crust.. the sauce did not even melt, leaving me to think that they probably left the pizza sitting to get cold. Then our parm bites arent even hot, and they're just drenched in garlic sauce, that was not even warm. The sauce turned into just gunk, and chunks. We did not even finish the food from how awful it was. If i could give this location a zero i would. There always seems to be an issue with my food, someone needs to shut this down ASAP! Before...
