Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worcester

As you know I usually do reviews based on mobility impaired people, and their caregivers. There's no ramp that I saw at the gas station but the doors are easy and the store has plenty of room for you to shop or get coffee. Plenty of handicap slots too! Clean, awesome employees with character and smiles, well stocks and whoever owns this one should be PROUD that they have employees that are so hard to find these days, worth their weight in gold! One of the most disgusting drinks I've had. I ordered a medium hot butter pecan latte few days ago and when I got home snd took the first sip the butter pecan flavor wasn't in the coffee and it was just a regular latte.

I went to get another butter pecan today but opted for iced with less ice. It was so disgusting!! I don't know what they add to it but this is my last time going to this dunkin donuts.

I actually feel sick...

If I could give less then one star I would! Asked for a iced vanilla chai and was given a hot vanilla chai poured over ice! When you steam milk and pour it over ice it just becomes watery room temperature milk, who wants to drink watery milk? If I wanted that I would have asked for skim with water! When I asked why it was like that they said that's how we make it. I was so frustrated I just tossed it out and walked out....
