Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worcester

Today at 5am to be more exact, I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 sausage egg cheese wraps, a promotion that is taking place 2 for $ 3.00. I believe that the person who was taking the order did not understand that I wanted 2 and not just 1 wrap. the big problem was not that she didn't understand, but how she reacted when i said, sorry, but I asked 2. she screaming started saying i asked for one, I tried to explain that no, 1 wrap costs $ 2.15, while if i pay 85 cents the more I take another. she very badly made the second wrap, handed it to me again shouting and saying that I ordered 1 and said that I was paying only for one. I said that she could charge me the difference, I don't want anything for free. she closed the window with the greatest ignorance. Very clean eating area and restrooms. Friendly staff, but my coffee was burnt which seems to be the new fad for Dunkin donuts lately. I haven't stopped at a Dunkin donuts without leaving with a burnt coffee in probably a year, which is why I now make coffee at home and bring it with me in a to go tumbler. I just happened to run out and bed a refill, so I stopped at Dunkin's. Regrettably so, but the cashier did replace my coffee at no charge when I returned a half hour later with my burnt coffee, as I had begun my errands before tasting it. It was replaced so I gave 4 instead of 5⭐, had the coffee not been burnt, yet again, I would've given this location 5⭐... This is the main St location next to the plaza near the airport. I hate giving bad reviews, but the service isn't very good. I had went in to get a coffee and there was only 1 girl working. She was running drive through and serving customers that were in the lobby. I stood at the register for around 10 minutes, and I understood she was busy with the drive through, however I was the only one in line. She made eye contact with me directly on multiple occasions, and even delivered coffee to those sitting at tables, but never once said a word to me. After waiting 10 minutes, I decided to go to the drive through. She immediately asked me what I wanted before the vehicle even stopped, which was surprising.
