NEVER go here. I've been going here over a course of 6 months (mainly for the sake of convenience), and every time I order from here, they manage to disappoint me. I've kept giving them chances, at both the drive thru and inside the restaurant. Every single time I come here, without fail, they mess up my order and put in next to zero effort in fixing it. I only order a cheese burger with fries and a bottle of water anytime I come here, so keep in my mind, it's not a tall order. The first time I came, there was no cheese, onion, lettuce, etc. on my burger, just the patty (and it looked like they threw it in the bag.) I politely told them that it wasn't what I ordered (I was met with an attitude) and when I got another burger, it just had cheese on it, and none of the other toppings. The same instance happened another time when I ordered from the drive thru; just a patty, no toppings. Another time, they completely forgot to give me my bottle of water (which I paid for), and when I went back to get it, they denied that I ever purchased it and wouldn't give me one! I just went there 20 minutes ago and got my usual order at the drive thru; I come home and what do I find? My fries were a smaller size than what I paid for and they gave me a chicken sandwich instead. This place is disorganized, has bad customer service, and not to mention any time I go into the restaurant, the place is always dirty. I work at a fast food chain as well, so I understand it's not easy, but they could at least sweep the floors and take out the trash every once and awhile. Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience! Went a few years ago with my fiance & his Mother on our way home from a medical appointment. Decided to dine in. Ordered our meals, then went to sit at a booth. Now it's already a gross enough situation when someone finds a strand of hair in their food at a restaurant, but this actually happened to not just 1 of us, but all 3 in our party had hair in different items!!! We immediately brought it up to the counter to notify staff & believe it or not, they not only didn't even offer an apology for it, but the employee (older female) actually had the audacity to ask us what we wanted her to do about it?! Uh...hello! How about a refund? Or at least maybe offer some coupons for another meal in the future for a different Wendy's location? She didn't even offer to replace the items that had hair in them, not like we'd want to risk that again anyhow! I'm just appalled at the fact that not one, but all three of us had hair in our food! Even more disgusted that they acted like it wasn't a big deal! We asked for the manager, but apparently they weren't present at the time (late afternoon). That was our first & last visit to this Wendy's & we ended up throwing all of our food in the trash & leaving. This is completely unacceptable. I really hope they've since improved! Read moreI used to love going to this specific location of wendys because the ladies running the place were always super nice, chill, and patient. Within the past year or so I noticed they've made some staff changes and with the revolving door of new people they've all been super rude, sassy, and impatient. Today I placed an order through the wendys app and, when we went to go pick it up, the staff said its not in the system and there is nothing they could do. We showed them our order email, the confirmation on the app, and the receipt on the app. All of which showed an order placed at their location with time stamps and they still denied us. We spoke directly to the manager and he even said there was nothing he could do, he couldnt give us our food or a refund. They didnt even try to customer service us and give us what alternatives we had to getting a refund, we had to pull back up and ask how do we go about getting our money back. This ridiculousness, their rudeness and sassy disposition and lack of customer service etiquette just really was the nail in the coffin for me with this location.
Edit: After a few days, I received an automated email saying they'd give me a $20 offer on my next order but not a refund. No option to email back or speak to a person either. Not a solution I was looking for, especially given I'm not itching to go order Wendy's after this...
