First off I wanna say that the Evergreen Park location should be just closed down because of how badly ran it is I picked up my to go order 45 minutes after it was ready because thereās lazy ass workers at this location. I showed three different people my order and was just completely forgotten about. Probably because of my race. I donāt know if theyāre on drugs or what But I showed a lady my order just for her to come up 20 minutes later and act like she had never seen me before in my life and I said I just spoke to you about my order. I also spoke to two other males and when I mention that to her, she said oh thatās the manager he just walked off well what kind of manager are you managing and paying if they just walk off And donāt give a shit about their customers or their team probably on drugs too so after I told the lady for a third time about my order, asking where it was after several people came and picked up their order after me while I just stood in your lobby for 45 minutes She finally turned around and opened up some type of fridge and my order was in there the whole time but the lazy people you employ never decided to check. They just went to the back every single time I tried to talk to them. Not only did I receive someone else's order, I never received a refund. When I went to return the food and get my refund, I saw plenty of other people like me waiting to speak to someone about their orders. First of all, the general manager, Anthony Young, took the food and told me that for some inexplicable reason he could not acess my order. Then, he tried to give me gift cards (just straight off the counter- no money in them whatsoever) to get me to leave. So after 30 minutes of arguging with him, I had to insist on having him write a note for me as proof that we spoke because he claimed that he would sort it out later. I called the next day and he said he had issued my refund, but it's been a week since then and I still have not gotten it. I have already filled out that Orders and Vists form that he insists that everyone who's having similar issues fill out. I have opened a dispute on my card. Anthony Young, give me my refund.

So I am on someone elseās time to pick up the food. This location was still allowing orders to come in but behind on all orders.
I called in to ask how long they could give me an answer huh what I am a restaurant business owner I will never do this to my customers.
I told so called the manager she can but that online two hour wait time or pause all orders until they catch up.
So we waited until 5:30 and still no food so I asked for a refund now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money.
No sorry , sorry for the inconvenience nothing. They really need training and plan accordingly at this store. But reading all the reviews maybe Allah was weāre protecting us from the food that I see every guest had a bad experience with or 𤮠nasty.
