McDonald's — Restaurant in Worth Township

Food was ready within minutes and the staff is friendly. Nuggets were perfectly crisp, but the cheese on the burger wasn't given a chance to melt. Place was a mess though. The order terminals for whatever reason have cashless payments disabled so you have to pay at the register anyway. Looked like it just got hit by a hurricane. All kinds of drinks on spilled on the soda coúnter, chairs moved around, etc. Someone came out and tried to wipe down the soda counter at least. The bathroom smelled like a homeless person's insides. It was extremely rancid. What a foul stench. Judging by the pool of dirty water I estimate that a homeless person bathed in the sink, but it smelled like they were still hiding in there somewhere (probably in the stall since the door was closed.) Very poor and rude staff seemed like they were anoyyed with my big order and my order was all messed up and missing items it's your job deal with it and fix it The manager hilda was very rude and unprofessional and wouldn't fix my order when they messed up she raised her voice when I was talking calmly. this is not the first time I've heard of problems with this manager hilda they should honestly fire her for running this location very poorIy and creating a bad image for McDonald's i am never going back to this location again and I advise you don't either the other location on 119th and pulaski is very good and they always fix there mistakes and always has the freshest food I'm a local to old historic blue island so...

The only reason I rated it 5 stars so my review can go right on top so every one can hear how utterly disgusting, rude, awful this McDonald’s is!! First off my chicken nuggets had a worm in it!! Yes!!! A chicken nugget my one year old was about to eat!! Also my food was cold from beginning to end everyone there was rude and you can easily tell hated there jobs!!!
