I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt after a few bad experiences. I understand this is a very busy store between the drive thru and walk in customers. Today was the icing on the cake though. The staff is very rude, slow and they seem quite disorganized. My boyfriend, daughter and I approached the counter to order and weren't even greeted by the cashier. She just stood there with the most bitter and miserable expression on her face and waited for me to place my order. No "how may I help you" or friendly smile, nothing! Another woman and her son waited in line behind us, the woman had to ask me if we had placed our order because not one of the three staff members that walked past her even greeted her or told her that they would be with her in just a moment. It took 10 minutes to get a medium coffee, medium cider, and small hot chocolate. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bagel. Once we received our food the cashier again didn't say thank you for choosing us or have a great day. I'm assuming a worker (Chelsea) was the shift leader for the day because she seemed to be the only one running around doing anything. Very disappointed with the service. Management needs to reevaluate employee standards and customer service appeal. We will not be returning to this location. Read moreI realize everybody has their bad days but lately the service at this Tim hortons has been Garbage.. I noticed a new young girl working at the drive through. She was such a cheerful sweetheart. When I first met her. Clearly doesn't need to be working at this job... When I pull up today and she has tears In her eyes. The service absolutely sucked and the guy behind the speaker acted like I was bothering him. If you don't like your job sir, there are a lot of other jobs you can find. Perhaps you need to adjust your awful customer service. The manager was no better. I was talking to the young girl at the window As I waited for my food, that was the wrong order by the way.. I encourage her. To find another place to work because someone with her impeccable.Customer service does not need to be working there. The other people working there seemed absolutely miserable.I could see them breaking her spirit in just a week. Just in case the dates are changed on here today is January 14th 2025. Read moreDont go here to sit outside & relax as there are no chairs (well there are 4 chairs) Some silly child worker has hand scribbled a sign on the door DO NOT TAKE CHAIRS OUTSIDE. So there are 25 chairs INSIDE That No one sits at but they dont care about their real customers who actually want to sit outside!? The tables inside & out are NOT Cleaned. In fact I would say the rain is the only thing that has ever washed the outside tables. Bathroom toilet paper container falls hard on your arm as it falls off the wall (this has been like this for years). The bathroom is just barely cleaned once in a while. The OWNER should do an undercover boss at this Wyandotte location. I am sure he would be very dissapointed to see customers standing to be waited on while drive thru is the only people getting service. Also at 9 pm all donuts & food are taken out.
