McDonalds Location 10759 in Wylie TX is the absolute worst location I believe nation wide. 9.5 times out of 10, the service will probably be poor, order will be wrong or not to par somehow and management will be unhelpful, rude and incompetent. The picture was from my last visit to this location. I only go there because My children request this unhealthy food sometimes. I'd rather drive to another city and location before going to this Wylie TX location ever again. My simple order was wrong, drove back to get my order corrected, which everyone knows, is very frustrating. Asked for the manager who was rude from the start. His name is Raul. A very unkept, slightly indegent looking middle aged guy. I said to Him My order was incorrect and I came back to get it corrected. He asked for my receipt, at which I replied, "the self order machine didn't print one but my order number was #670" He said He didn't see my order. Smdh...I replied..."it's already been taken home and You can pull up the previous orders" He said He didn't know how to do that and what was I missing. He rudely yelled back to the make staff and then I asked Him for His card and name and corporate number. He gave Me first name only and told Me if I had a problem to call the number on the bag. I asked for My receipt since the self order machine didn't print one and He refused and told Me I fixed Your order and to leave. Up until that point I was pretty cool headed and then He rudely said that and I almost lost it but instead calmly walked out. So, I'll just share My complaints about this location, service and management here. People of Wylie. I'd highly suggest taking Your cravings for this unsanitary, unhealthy and poor quality food to any other McDonalds or better yet, a different choice all together. I'd rather sit in the 35 minutes plus line for What-a-burger across the street than eat at this location...heck, I'd rather eat old stale MRE rations than this McDonalds food. I'd give this rating a negative 5 stars and really think that the franchise owner get a handle on His investment there. I'd even encourage corporate to audit this place for QC issues. Read moreAfter so many problems at this location, I have to tell people...Never go to this location. It's is absolutely horrible at just about everything a fast food place can be. I had ordered online. I arrive and put in my spot. I wait 15 minutes after putting the spot in and watch other orders arrive after and leave. Not even a busy drive thru at that time (which is a rarity here). When I go in to check on the order, they tell me it's been ready and they were just about to bring it out to me. A lot of attitude for a simple question but whatever I'm pretty chill. Well I had ordered a double big Mac and got a big Mac with no meat. I go back in and she says "what now" like I've been some problem to her. I told her I have no meat on a double big Mac. She sighs and asks " do you want me to fix it or do you want a new one". At this point I wanted to see how bad this could really get. I told her whatever you think is right I'll take it. She's takes the box and comes back with 4 thrown patties onto the sandwich I gave her, slides it to me while walking by and goes on her way. Everything else id ordered for my family was cold by the end of this and that was the most disgusting big Mac I've ever had . That's just one occasion. I've been shorted items (burgers, fries, pies, patties and add ons). Attitude just ordering food at the drive thru or any interaction with someone Sometimes I can't go back so I just deal with paying for stuff I didn't get. Cold food or old food. All at this location. Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your establishment. On my visit, I attempted to place an order for a Cheeseburger Happy Meal. The manager instructed me to use the kiosk, which unfortunately, did not allow me to complete my order. Additionally, the app did not provide an option for a Cheeseburger Happy Meal. Despite explaining the kiosk issue and the missing app option, I was repeatedly directed back to the kiosk. At this point, I had already placed my fiance's order via the app, and it was becoming cold as I waited for assistance.
After considerable frustration, another employee kindly took my Happy Meal order at the register. However, the manager then intervened and canceled the transaction, instructing the employee not to allow me to pay. This experience left me feeling completely disrespected and upset.
As I was waiting to pick up the order placed in the app, I asked for a few ketchups and honey mustard. The staff member responded with hostility, stating that I should have mentioned everything I needed earlier, despite my multiple requests. When I asked for honey mustard for the fifth time, I was again met with rudeness.
During this time, the manager started yelling at employees, threatening to fire anyone who left. Customers were also complaining about having gone through the line multiple times without receiving their orders and being instructed to pull up without any resolution. The manager was yelling at customers, refusing to issue any refunds.
