I stopped in at the location and ordered 2 whoppers (2 for $6 deal) a spicy chicken sandwich and 4 cheesy tots. I was told that the total would be $16.42. I thought it seemed a little high for what I ordered. I checked the receipt after paying and noticed that the whoppers were charged at $3.71 each instead of the $3.00 deal, the usual upcharge for cheese of $.50 per burger, the chicken sandwich was $3.07 and the tots $1 each. I brought the overcharge to the attention of the manager who was working the window and she said that the price shown for the burgers was with cheese.

Math is easy

2 Whopper @ $3.00=$6.00 2 add Cheese @$.50=$1.00 1 Spicy Chicken@$3.07 4 Cheesy Tots @$1.00=$4.00 Sales tax should be about $.85 Total $14.92

I was charged

2 Whopper @3.71=7.42 2 add Cheese@$.50=$1.00 1 Spicy Chicken@$3.07 4 Cheesy Tots @$1.00=$4.00 Sales tax $.93

Total of $16.42

Additionally when I got home the food was appalling. The burgers were rubbery and severely over sauced, the chicken patty was overcooked to the point of resembling chicken jerky with breading on it.

Overall I am not satisfied with this location, or the management, or the food quality. Choose one of the other fast food options nearby, your wallet and stomach will...

Every time I order my food I pay for cheese and always to my surprise they never add the damn cheese which makes me have to always go back through drive through. Such a inconvenience!!! Last week I was starving had just got off work and decided to get me a impossible whopper. Well guess what I had no cheese on my burger but my receipt said I paid for it. Went back through drive through and those rat face worker got mad at me for wanted the right order. A over weight dude came to the window asking for the food back like I was lying, but here ya go bud!! Once I caught wind that they were going to spit in my food I asked for a refund but take the difference out for the pop and fries because I had ate the fries and the drink was almost gone. The white female manager came to the window asking for the pop back I looked at her like she was stupid and handed her the almost drunk pop LOL these people are dumb. Needless to say Burger King will not get any more of my money. GHETTO!!! The evening managers are way better then the day time around...

Left the house at 10:30 tonight to get some food, got to BK at 10:35 and ordered 2 meals and a 10 piece nuggets, they weren't serving any other drinks besides soft drinks, so that sucked. 2 Cars ahead of us. Finally get to the window at 10:45, asked for our drink order again because they gave ours away to the person in front of us; handed our burgers and informed that our fries were still cooking, please pull forward... 10:52 rolls around and they bring us the fries, no drinks or nuggets. 10:53, they bring us the wrong drinks, no nuggets. 10:55 the correct drinks (upsized) and the nuggets. 2 people had gotten their order behind us.

I appreciate the upsized drinks, kind of making up for the time wasted, but not really.

Get home and the burgers weren't even complete, they didn't have all their toppings.
