Manager Reno is a lazy, incompetent, abrasive, ableist bully. He has the attitude of someone who was bullied so badly in high school, that now he bullies people he perceives as less than to overcompensate. When I asked for a refund for food that I did not receive, he lied to me and told me that BK cannot process returns back to your debit card. In short robbing me of my money, arguing with me back and forth, and not doing a single thing to fix any type of problem. He escalated the issue over the phone until he brought me to tears. He demanded that I come in to the location in person, even after I explained that I don’t drive due to a disability. He inappropriately questioned me on how I came to the location originally in the first place, which is insensitive, nosy, and none of his business. I go to this location frequently to pick up DoorDash orders.

Anyone who knows anything about DoorDash knows they have the legal option to have a bike/ebike as your mode of transportation.

They know you need to pick up the order you've consented to. They know you don't expect them to open up their lobbies afterhours.

Yet the supervisor had the audacity to confront me for being in her drive thru.

Even though she understood I am simply doing my job. She made it a point to state she would be speaking to her staff about no longer giving me my orders. Because apparently as a Dasher. I should know to only be in a car if I expect to be serviced.

It was bedyond disrespectful and a waste of both of our time.
