I visited your new location today in Wyoming, MI 8/4/2019. My family and I came through the drive thru and ordered two smoothies. We drove to the window and paid. After sitting at the window for 20+ minutes (no exaggerating) I left the window and walked inside. When I went in I asked for my money back. The lady at the counter told me she wasn't going to help me because she did not know the situation. Ok that's fine, but ask me what the situation is. I then walked to the register and asked for my money back once again. None of them came to help me. They all acted as of I wasn't there. I once again asked for my money back. Finally one of the gentlemen behind the counter says, "oh I think these right here are your smoothies, we didnt know where they were suppose to go". So I sat at the window for the entire time while the smoothies were already done and ready to be sent out. But no one went out of there way to find out what/where these two random drinks belong. Or ask the giant black truck in drive thru what I was waiting for. Instead they all ignored the drinks and the vehicle at the window. When I finally got my money back the so called "manager" had nothing to say, not sorry for the inconvenience, or I'm really sorry that happened to you, or any thing at all. He literally didnt make eye contact with me or speak at all. He swiped my card and walked away. Rude. I will not be back. I work in customer service and I would never talk to any of my customers like this. Uncalled for and should be handled accordingly. I will continue to go out of my way to my usual location and will tell others of the terrible customer service I received. I hope you take this seriously and dont just brush it off. If they did it to me, I'm sure its happening...

This review is directly related to a batista at this location. My husband and I came in looking to get an after work treat together. It was clear we weren't doordashers (we were trying to look at the menu and chat when she interrupted us to ask of we were door dashers). To be clear, I get that she was trying to be efficient, but if I'm actively looking at the menu, then I am most likely not here for something that was already ordered. Once we order and pay, she hands me my receipt between pinched fingers as if touching me would be the worst thing to happen to her. Now, I'm not in the business of guessing what another person's problem with me is, especially if I didn't create it, but she really upset me with her unnecessary rudeness. I have went through the driveway to order something and the employees won’t communicate they don’t have something in stock and they’d make it anyway with that item of food missing. I have witnessed employees on their phones, food handling without gloves. You can see a lot of them are young high schoolers who lack basic customer service skills and the ability to be professional. A lot of inconsistencies when it comes to food and smoothies.
