Checkers — Restaurant in Wyoming

To start this less than enjoyable experience. My order was taken by automated AI which is so sad. That is just showing how lazy our society is getting that so many people need jobs yet this company has made the decision to replace pry hundreds of jobs with AI. Get to the window and the lady there is brass and has a distasteful attitude. She has me my drink card back and receipt. The receipt has nothing but my total on it so I have no idea if my order was rang in correctly. She then opens the window again starting to ask me to pull around the other side since they are waiting for fries. The guy on fries yells at her to wait and keep me there, she pauses chooses to ignore him and tells me to go ahead and pull around. The issue being I didnt have a passenger to recieve the food from the other window. So instead I pulled backward through the parking lot and waited against the curb. No common sense in that request. Got back home and my husband burger was not made correctly. I asked for no tomato extra onion it was made with tomato and...

My husband and I came to this location thinking the service might be better than others we've visited...NOT SO! We ordered the exact same meals with Mr. Pibbs but told they were out. We were not asked what size meals we wanted and when we got to the window to pay we wanted to change to larges but were told it's too late to change it because it would be too much of a process. So once we got our food the guy at the window asked for our bag back because the woman preparing orders and had no type of uniform on forgot to put cheese on our sandwiches. Once we got the food our sandwiches weren't made right anyway. The sauce and crunchy onions that were supposed to come on the sandwich were barely there and fries were cold. Not a great experience at all and both employees should find another line of work because customer and food service is NOT for either of them.Oh, and no facemasks were being...

3/22/2021 @ 7:45pm I place an order and as I waiting for car in front of me to finish. I notice the checker representative hand the car a bag of food the two lady were going through the bag with there hand. They handed the bag back to the representative. The representative hand them different contains of food. I pull up and the check representative hand the same bag of food that car in front me had ( the bag had a very unusual crease ). I question the African American guy about if it was that the same bag that the car in front of me had. ... Then told the representative I did not want that food.

His response: He would sell my food to the next customers!!

This is very disturbing in 2 different way... Who want food that another customer has handle. Who want food that could be contaminated...
