This is really a hidden gem in Casper. The gaming area is fun and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It's a fun place to spend a few hours and you might even win a few bucks! But the really hidden gem is the restaurant. There is wonderful ambience with that turn of the century feel in all the little extras around the restaurant. Hanging above our booth was foot rail that came from the Roosevelt Hotel. The beautiful wooden breakfront that houses a fireplace is absolutely gorgeous. And the menu is really something special. With items like Prosciutto, gouda cheese, and pistachio encrusted pork loin. One of the specials today for New Year's Eve was Lobster Cannelloni. I ordered it and it was superb. Chef Matt visited with us for a bit, and we enjoyed hearing about the restaurant. This is not the usual fare for Casper. It is incredible food and the kind you don't find just anywhere. The staff present were super nice and explained things. The pump room is nicely done. We sat at the bar to have drinks before a play and the bartender was quite chatty, because we were. She was fun to talk with. The other bartender would contribute as well. We did not eat, but the food smelled and looked great. We will be going back to eat before the next play. They need more wine selection. The new owners really did a nice job on...
