I went today for the 10 minute oil change because I was in a hurry and needed it done. I was told to pull around back and another car cut in front of me and instead of them telling the man I was there first they just apologized and said youâre next and it wonât take long. So I wait until the guy in front me leaves and I pull into the bay. One of the employees approaches me and tells me the three price ranges they offer and all of them are absurd. But unfortunately I need specific oil so I had to pay the 104.00 option. They go to change my oil and Iâm sitting in my car waiting. 10 mins go by. 20 minutes go by. Apparently there is a cover on the underside of my car that they couldnât get back into place. The guy under the bay was beating and beating and beating trying to get it back on. I kept hearing drilling and more beating. It made me very uncomfortable and very concerned that they had no idea what they are doing and that were going to mess up my car. Another 10 minutes go by and the employee up top says âonly a few more minutes do you want to go ahead and pay?â When he rings me up I was told the new total was 114.00 because they had to charge me for an oil filter which I thought was included in the price? I have never paid 114.00 for an oil change in my life! Meanwhile still more beating and drilling under my car. The more time that went on the more aggressive they got with the cover. I really feel like the drilled out some holes and put screws in where they arenât supposed to be. I just pray they didnât mess anything up because my car is expensive to fix. Once they finally got it back on I was given a paper receipt with all of these things that have that they were checked and they were okay. The only things that was checked was my oil and washer fluid. The other 6 or 7 things were never checked. They donât even put on the sticker after an oil change they just had it to you and have you drive out. 114.00 and almost an hour after pulling in I have decided I donât think Iâll ever be going back...
Read moreHigh mileage oil change priced at $72.99, I accepted the oil stabilizer recommended for an extra $10, I also donated $5 to the Courtney elementary school fundraiser. I was told before we started I would get 25% off the oil change for my veteran discount, knocking the $73 down to about $57.
My total was $99 and supposedly that was including my 25% off! The oil stabilizer was priced at $19.99 not $10 as stated. Bad business, be straight up with your pricing. That oil change price isnât including your oil filter, oh and if youâre driving a truck like me itâs not priced for the amount of oil your vehicle is needs.
Get this I was on a mental health call with the VA while I let them service my truck. You would think they would look out for veterans better than that, give me 25% off just to overcharge me on something else. Then when I complained he said well thatâs more than anybody else gets discounted instead of fixing the problem! He stepped out to call the manager, after contemplating he stepped back in and gave me $9 back. Thanks Austin and Strickland Brothers for supporting your...
Read moreI want to share my experience using these people in Yadkinville. I have been here 6 different times with three different vehicles. I have left with only two or three quarts of oil in my engine when it calls for more and I have also had the different weight oil like 10w30 when it was supposed to be 5W20 and it seized up one of my trucks. This place has kids working there they don't care what they're doing and they won't own up to their responsibility of replacing my oil not to mention they have messed up the other two of my vehicles. I have found black oil when I leave and I have proof and past history and paperwork ,would not recommend this place whatsoever. I look back in the past 4 years and now realize why I have the same issues over and over. This place feels like your sitting in line at a fast food joint with kids spitting in your food laughing. Not to mention I work at the only grocery store in town and have heard so many tell me horror stories about this...
