Well I placed a liver dinner order.. I was told that it would take about 4 mins to cook the order in which I was glad to wait for.. i paid for my order, sat down and waited.. and waited, and waited.. after about 30 mins of watching other customers come and go I got impatient. I went back to the counter and the cashier didn't even remember me at all at first.. he then went to the back to check on my order. My order hadn't even been started.. I clearly heard someone tell the cooks to start livers at the start of my order.. at that time I didn't even want the meal anymore so I kindly asked for a refund.. the manager on duty offered me the meal for free and the refund but I didn't feel like waiting anymore. I just took my money and left.. I'm sure this doesn't happen regularly but unfortunately it happened...
Read moreUpdate: As if the experience wasn't bad enough before, now it appears that my daughter got sick from the chicken nuggets. Everyone else had the same foods all day except she had chicken nuggets at lunch and everyone else had fried chicken. And now it's 1 AM and she's throwing up everything she has eaten since lunch.
We use to love this KFC mainly because they had good food and prices were reasonable and it was the place our daughter usually asked to eat. Well, we had the conversation with her today that this would probably be the last time we ever eat here (or any KFC). Prices have significantly increased. Service isn't what it use to be either. Food was OK but there are definitely other places where we get food as good or better, and better service...

Attendant shortly returns and say "funny thing we don't have your order in original". I was OK with the other option extra crispy, after offering this option to me, attendant then say well let me check if its available....???? It was, so my order was luckly completed. To KFC at Yadkinville,NC location. Please consider paying your staff due competitive wages and train them. If you need pointers visit any Chick-fil-A and you will see the difference.
