Service was excellent, everyone very polite, fast service.
I'd like to say I've read alot of reviews on this Starbucks, and very disturbed over all the do called adults posting calling employees dumb bimbos, rude etc. I've worked and handled tge public in emergency situations and learned along time ago how you talk to people, and tone makes a big difference. If your on a site calling people names, telling people how sorry you think they are to me it say's alot about what they have to deal with.
This business has only been opened for a few months, employees trained in a shorter period of time to be open for the Holiday season. Everyone has to learn, and it takes a while too get thing's running smoothly. Instead of being so rude, cause you're feeling entitled, or better than someone working there try being polite. Yadkin county can benefit greatly from Starbucks, with the community programs they do. This location is in a town with mainly farm families, they can't even put a new playground at the elementary school, can't buy what needed for middle and high school students. You people really need to stop bashing this location and others, and work to make a new business or any business successful. Especially when the town it's in needs the growth for it's children to succeed.
Try being respectful to workers, no matter where you are. Remember just because they are in customer service doesn't make them trash. Matter of fact a customer service person has more backbone than sitting behind a desk punching keys. Why cause they have to deal with the people who are so rude, and name calling on here or any site.
This location is new, and the employees are working hard to get things done. By the way I was at starbucks when a young lady asked if this location was hiring. No one was rude to her, they simply told her she could put in an application on line. They also explained they were not hiring at this time. The mother got an attitude cause sign said hiring. Guess what people every company takes applications saying hiring now day's, especially with some having multiple locations. People really growup just cause a location says hiring, but they on hold right now is not the end of the world. What would help a new business is people being adults instead of children. Sad to say though in today's world that's all anyone can do.

She proceeds to tell me that she has to charge me for a VENTI then.... I didn't want 4 espresso shots I wanted 2 with Xtra Cold foam. That's not what I got I get a grande in a larger cup to fit the extra cold foam.... just please explain to me what's the deal with THIS STARBUCKS. My account had been messed with, and Iām no longer allowed to order the specific drink at any locations. I contacted corporate and they have fixed my account. I will not be using this location anymore. I was so excited when I learned they were coming to yadkinville. I stood up for you. All over adding ice to a drink which allows you to choose from when you customize a drink on the app.
I have been 3 times since itās opening! We have been so excited for it! The drinks have been great! The only issue I have had is when I ordered a drink this morning, the young lady over the speaker began to almost protest my drink because I wanted ice in it. I understand itās normally a hot drink, however I can not do super hot drinks. After 2 minutes of arguing with me (over the speaker) she gave up. Now I am not saying this to be rude, or upset anyone. I just want this location to be super successful, and things like that can drive people away in this area! I almost drove off and canceled my order. I wish nothing...
