Worst customer service and staff in town!!! overcrowded,no air-conditioning system,Harley even A dance floor!!! what there is of one is in front of the bar no space to walk or dance! staff is extremely rude! Will get in your face and tell you to move when there is no were to move to or go. staff acts like they don’t speak English when you order a drink!!! they have one bartender at the bar taking orders for a room full of people that are extremely Hot and thirsty due to No ventilation System! other staff at the bar won’t take your order or knowledge you. I accidentally left my keys in The restroom due to somebody knocking on the door because there’s only One toilet in the women’s restroom. asked staff if there was a lost and found. or if somebody had found any and turned them in they told me to come back tomorrow. that same night someone lost their phone and the DJ asked over the mic If anyone had found one because a customer lost it. Dios mio, how do I give this place an honest review without sounding like a privileged prick? I'm the DD today; I asked for a glass of water and I was told it was $2, even after I pointed at clean empty glasses and ice. First, they charge $5 to enter the place. It's a smoke infested mess. There is a "dress code" but you go inside and there are guys wearing flip flops. Okay? The place next door (sports bar) has way more people but somehow is able to keep the air conditioning going. Seems to me like someone is trying to sell more drinks. Whiskey options are Jack Daniels and Fireball. Yeah, classy AF. 15 minutes in, 2 guys start a fight. The bartenders and staff were talking about how bad this place is outside, where I was sitting. This place is sub par at best. Maybe it's because there are no other places in this town? New to town and I wanted to try this place out! I was super excited, but I definitely should've gotten the hint when reading the reviews. I'm not one to go off reviews, but I wanted to get an idea of what the place was like. First off, I didn't know a owner who responds to customers could be so condescending. The point of a review is to work on what's being brought up or to thank those who love your place. I'll keep it short and simple so hopefully whoever responds can't have much to say. The music does need work, the drinks are great but a little pricey but honestly which club (sorry I meant café) doesn't have pricey drinks. Small dance floor, but apparently it's not a club so I understand. Honestly, travel out if you want to party because this place isn't it. Great to sit and drink, but that's what bars...
