KFC — Restaurant in Yakima

This place has always just been okay at best. Never fresh chicken. Seems to be out of crispy a lot. The staff doesn't seem very competent. Its overall never a good experience. The best is on 40th but they aren't that good either.

Update: Came back to give them a try again, food was okay but obviously old. Crew did not get my order correct, handed out my food without a receipt. I asked for the receipt. They have a HUGE SIGN on the wall that reads "Your food is free if you did not receive your receipt." And in small letters it clearly says valid at the time you get your food. I already had the food but had not received my receipt so I asked them to give me my money back because my food should be free. And instead of honoring what their sign clearly says, the manager on duty, definitely not the GM, tells me the printer was off. I dont care what the excuse is you are not honoring what your sign clearly says. Another terrible experience with staff that probably shouldn't be working there. I will not be back to this location which sucks because it's close to my house but they seem to mess up...

The bathrooms are horrid here. Dirty and gross. Our food took 25 minutes to get to use while other customers who ordered the same thing got their food before us. Got a half gallon of rootbeer as watched them drop it on the floor and then expected us to still take it. Got additude when i refused and demanded another. Our order was half wrong and we were treated like we were wrong when we pointed it out. Employees standing around in the back doing nothing and on cellphones. The lobby amd parking lot had trash everywhere and tables were filthy with trash or sauces on them. The only good part of wasting over 60 bucks here was the girl that took our order was amazing. She apoligized and was willing to take all the blame for her fellow employees and their misconduct. She was the assisant manager and ways amazing. Need more...

For the second time in a row I have visited KFC on 5th Avenue in Yakima and had a very unsatisfactory visit. Both times I ordered the chicken pot pie. The first time I was told it would be a 2 minute wait, and then when I went up to check on it about 10 minutes later they told me it would be at least a 20-minute wait. I was told I could order another meal, so I ordered the chicken breast meal and found they were out of biscuits. This time I was told it would be a few minutes wait, which it was, but when I got my pot pie I found it contained jalapeno peppers and bacon. Again I was given a chance to get my money back or get something different to eat. Needless to say I was not happy with...
