I entered the AW / KFC. the lobby was empty of patrons. I had decided to try out this restaurant again because I had received some coupons a couple of them caught my eye. We went to try the coney dog and the root beer floats. I placed the coupons on the counter. After ordering the employee was slow to ask which coupon I wanted to use. To my way of thinking that should have been a question bettering asked before she entered the order not after. We were the only patrons in this establishment. The root beer floats were very good just like the floats of years ago. The coney dogs were lacking in both flavor and quality. On Sunday eve about 9:00 pm my son got a delivery actually 2 to deliver to customers as always it’s all dark no lights on at all none in drive through either pull in outgoing order spot they will not answer thier phone as usuall! They never do! Finally after 10 mns went through drive through it was so dark! The girl gets on the intercom says we are sold out of everything? We are like what? Absolutely horrible wait time. They didn’t have my order ready, told me to park . Came and asked about a drink order because they forgot. Then over ten minutes go by so I called them from the parking lot, she then tells me the oil was old so they had to use an air fryer and I had to wait another 5 or so mins, meanwhile I have my previous order I picked up 20 mins ago for a customer and that is now cold. Lazy unproductive staff.
