11FEB23 - Revised to 1 star. If I could do 0 or -5, I would. Double quarter pounder with cheese was delivered plain (no, I didn't order it that way). And a daily double was delivered as a cheeseburger. The only thing right was the fries. You can't just look in the bag to confirm your order, you have to open the box/wrapper to confirm condiments AND THE BASIC SANDWICH! ** HONESTLY, AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S. FIND ANOTHER RESTAURANT. YOU'LL BE 1,000% MORE SATISFIED.

14JAN23 - I am so tired of the rude employees at this store. Tonight's order is wrong, drinks are wrong. Revised to 1 star, I'd give them -5 stars if I could. Stay away if you want decent service.

There's another McDonald's South about 3 miles and a Hardy's about 4 miles north. You'd be better going to either of these.

28DEC19 - Revised to 3 stars. Actually had an awesome Double Quarter Ponder. Apparently at 8pm on a Saturday they ran out of quarter pounder meat. Had to wait for the to make a fresh one. No more McRib, they say, but it's still in the inside menu....

28SEP19 - Who runs out of gravy AND biscuits on a Saturday morning? 🤦🏼‍♂️🤯. Only one register open and no one filling coffee for her. Line was back past the TV. 20-30 minutes to order, 22 minutes to get my food (I timed it). Not sorry for your wait or would you like an apple pie, no discount, refund... nothing. There's another McDonald's South about 3 miles and a Hardy's about 4 miles north. You'd be better going to either of these.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. I intended on going through the drive thru but when I saw it was wrapped around the building I decided to go inside. I thought it may be quicker but wow was I wrong!! I get inside and stand in line. The lady in front of me tells me she has been waiting on the person in front of her for over 5 min. From my understanding, there was some coupon that wasn't working, but that is beside the point. The girl on the register didn't apologize for the wait nor did she ring up our orders on another register. We waited and waited. I order my food and notice the drive thru is still wrapped around the building. While I wait for my food, all I see are 2 girls just standing around and one even spoke about being fired. They were just walking around not helping get orders out or anything and talking to other coworkers who are trying yo be productive. In the meantime, the manager is going back and forth trying to make sure things are in the fryer and orders are out. I find out one of the girls was waiting on taking a break (which im sure is why she was just standing around) and went on break in the middle of this rush. (Drive thru wrapped around the building and 3 people waiting over 10 min in the lobby). What she failed to realize is: If you get things done to help get customers in a out the door, then you could go on break and it not be in the middle of a rush. Horrible! Placed a breakfast order at 10:23 on the app. I got a notification to head over to pick up my order and to my surprise breakfast was over. I explained I placed order ahead and way before 11am. Little girl girl at the window had an attitude and started to give me attitude when I asked her about my breakfast order and she turned around to another employee and smiled. Got another person to speak with me asking me to cancel my order. I asked them to walk me through canceling my order than. Got no answer. Another person Not sure if it was a manager comes up to the window while I was speaking to the other 2. Ladies and says you can't hold up my window like this. I ask her where am I supposed to move. There's a car In front she says anywhere. I told her all you have to do was tell me where to move. I wasn't told anything. Everybody is telling me just to hold on a second while they figure out about my order. And now she could say was well. I don't know I just need to clear up my drive through. I said there and waited more than thirty minutes I figured o k they're making the breakfast items I just gotta be patient. I drove around just to see. The status of my order. And then I get to the window. It told me oh we thought you had canceled your order. Never did somebody come out well. I was sitting there waiting where they told me to pull up to see or ask me if I have gotten my order. My order was well over fifty dollars. I never did get my order And they told me I would see my refund within twenty four hours. Never...
