This place is always a let down. As one of the only places in the area without having to travel to St Helena or Napa, we're stuck with having to go there. The service is always lacking. I get they're hiring a bunch of kids but the management doesn't train them to do much customer service. There is never a time where a called in or online or order isn't messed up. It's never ready for the time I ask and inevitably, I'm left having to do work that they should be doing (like checking the orders for accuracy or simply looking through all their orders to find mine). The deli seems to have enough traffic to have 2-3 pizzas available at all times, with a few in the oven however we came after lunch rush and most staff was busy making picnic sandwiches. We tried the only two available pizzas... artichoke and a sausage. Crust was ok with a crispy edge from reheating, otherwise the dough was a bit chewy. The pizzeria is located at the end of the deli where you have to go in, place order, take receipt to cashier, pay and return back to the pizzeria. Did a short inland jaunt to Napa and most restaurants in the town didn’t open until 5 pm but this place was open and the pizza was just what we needed as ppl outside across street were gathering at the park to see fireworks.
