2 days ago I ordered a large pizza with a Gardner-White coupon (which I stated before placing the order over the phone). When I got the pizza it had very little BBQ sauce and very little chicken (which they charged me extra for). Very disappointed and didn't notice until I got back on the other side of town. Today, I ordered without letting them know about my coupon and my order turned out fabulous. I let the manager know today and she found my order from the other night. She said to call if it ever happens again but she didn't offer to redeem their poor customer service as a result. If there was a closer location, I would probably go there. The employees that night seemed like a bunch of college students who didn't care much about the customer service of Hungry Howie's pizzeria. From the looks of the bad reviews, they are not interested in what their customers...
Read moreI have never felt more uncomfortable in my entire life. On 04/24/2019, I walked into the store and was not greeted by anyone. I waited at the register for someone to greet me but no one ever did. There were at least 6 employees seemingly not busy. A girl in the back looked at me, whispered to an employee and then turned away. A delivery driver walked in and I smiled at her but she refused to look in my direction. I continued to wait until a man walked in and stood behind me. That's when the manager decided to come from the back and stare me in the face without saying anything. She completed the entire transaction only ever uttering my total, $10.60. She also refused to make eye contact but I thanked her anyway and left. AND the pizza dough was sour. Im a college student, I didn't move here to be racially profiled. I just wanted...
Read moreI received a customer service credit and tried to use it. But the delivery and gas fee is outrageous. Almost $7!! Since when does the company tell the customer they are paying for the driver's gas? Plus they have set a minimum of $7.99 to deliver. A $25 credit doesn't mean anything. You have to order above the credit to get a delivery. This is ridiculous. When you are gouging $7 from the customer to pay for the driver's gas you shouldn't have a minimum. I worked in pizzas for over 40 years. Companies are trying to get as much as they can from the customer. Maybe they are trying to encourage pickup to save the cost of having to pay for a driver. But charging $7 per delivery they are almost having the customer pay...
